【摘要】：根據(jù)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究及理論模型可知,國(guó)際人才流入可通過(guò)降低國(guó)際貿(mào)易壁壘提高貿(mào)易自由度。利用2006-2013年中國(guó)內(nèi)地29個(gè)省市面板數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析了國(guó)際人才流入對(duì)FDI區(qū)位分布的影響。結(jié)果顯示,國(guó)際人才流入與地區(qū)FDI水平顯著正相關(guān),但國(guó)際人才流入對(duì)FDI區(qū)位分布的影響存在一定區(qū)域差異。同時(shí),國(guó)際人才流入與企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境及地理集聚水平之間存在某種替代效應(yīng),即國(guó)際人才流入能夠在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)由于企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境缺失和地理集聚水平低下帶來(lái)的負(fù)面影響。此外,良好的企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境和較高的地理集聚水平也對(duì)FDI區(qū)位分布具有重要影響。上述結(jié)論對(duì)于我國(guó)進(jìn)一步提升外商直接投資國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及促進(jìn)我國(guó)FDI區(qū)域分布平衡具有重要理論參考價(jià)值,同時(shí)也對(duì)其它新興發(fā)展中國(guó)家具有啟示作用。
[Abstract]:According to relevant empirical research and theoretical model, international talent inflow can improve the degree of freedom of trade by lowering international trade barriers. Based on the panel data of 29 provinces and cities in mainland China from 2006 to 2013, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of international talent inflow on the location distribution of FDI. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the inflow of international talents and the level of regional FDI, but there are regional differences in the influence of the inflow of international talents on the regional distribution of FDI. At the same time, there is a substitution effect between the inflow of international talents and the business environment and the level of geographical agglomeration. That is to say, the inflow of international talents can make up for the negative influence caused by the lack of business environment and the low level of geographical agglomeration to some extent. In addition, good business environment and high level of geographical agglomeration also have an important impact on FDI location distribution. These conclusions have important theoretical reference value for China to further enhance the international competitiveness of FDI and promote the regional distribution balance of FDI in China, but also have enlightenment to other emerging developing countries.
