【摘要】：文章選用增量資本產(chǎn)出率(ICOR)對中國省際資本配置效率進行測度,利用1992—2011年29個地區(qū)的省際面板數(shù)據(jù),分別考察了以FDI和進口貿(mào)易為渠道的國際技術(shù)溢出對資本配置效率的影響。在控制金融發(fā)展水平、人力資本、城市化、財政支持等因素的影響后,得到以下結(jié)論:過去20年間,中國資本配置效率逐漸降低;國際技術(shù)溢出與資本配置效率之間存在非線性關(guān)系;除了直接作用外,以FDI為渠道的國際技術(shù)溢出與金融發(fā)展水平、人力資本、城市化水平和財政支持互動關(guān)系良好,而以進口貿(mào)易為渠道的國際技術(shù)溢出則僅與財政支持互動關(guān)系良好。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the incremental capital output ratio (ICOR) is used to measure the efficiency of inter-provincial capital allocation in China, and the inter-provincial panel data of 29 regions from 1992 to 2011 are used to measure the efficiency of inter-provincial capital allocation. The effects of FDI and import trade on the efficiency of capital allocation are investigated. After controlling the financial development level, human capital, urbanization, financial support and other factors, the following conclusions are drawn: in the past 20 years, the efficiency of China's capital allocation has gradually decreased; There is a nonlinear relationship between international technology spillover and capital allocation efficiency, besides the direct effect, FDI is the channel of international technology spillover and financial development level, human capital, urbanization level and financial support have a good interaction. The international technology spillover with import trade as a channel only has a good interaction with financial support.
