Z銀行供應鏈融資業(yè)務(wù)研究

【摘要】:在信息化背景下,供應鏈融資這種變革式的信貸方式,卓有成效地解決了小型企業(yè)資金短缺的難題,構(gòu)筑了金融機構(gòu)和供應鏈的良性關(guān)系。一方面,金融機構(gòu)以核心公司為突破口,將資金有針對性地提供給鏈條上的相關(guān)公司,幫助核心公司提升鏈條的穩(wěn)定性,提高整體運轉(zhuǎn)效率,拓寬了上下游企業(yè)融資渠道,降低了相關(guān)企業(yè)融資成本;另一方面,金融機構(gòu)在面對銀行民營化、資本市場化等“六化趨勢”的競爭環(huán)境時,依靠供應鏈得到了批量獲客的能力,得到了中間業(yè)務(wù)新增長點等益處,而且能夠在核實貿(mào)易背景真實性的前提下發(fā)放貸款,提升了風險控制水平。本文選用Z銀行為研究對象,在分析了Z銀行開展供應鏈業(yè)務(wù)情況和問題后,提出了創(chuàng)新式供應鏈融資業(yè)務(wù)解決方案,為Z銀行及其他金融機構(gòu)發(fā)展此類業(yè)務(wù)提供了借鑒和參考。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:本文第一章為緒論,梳理了供應鏈融資的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論,從選題背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外供應鏈融資的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容和文章結(jié)構(gòu)等方面,分析了供應鏈金融的內(nèi)涵。第二章論述了供應鏈的基本概念,在對供應鏈各層級需求展開剖析的同時,研究對比了供應鏈融資的三種基本形式。第三章對Z銀行供應鏈融資開展情況進行了闡述并對Z銀行供應鏈產(chǎn)品體系進行了分析,另外運用了SWOT分析法,對Z銀行開展供應鏈融資發(fā)展情況進行了分析。第四章,根據(jù)前面對Z銀行供應鏈融資開展情況的分析,以J公司為例提出創(chuàng)新式供應鏈融資解決方案,并就方案的設(shè)計提出了相關(guān)思考。第五章,綜合前文分析的相關(guān)問題提出了Z銀行發(fā)展供應鏈融資戰(zhàn)略的可行性建議。第六章為結(jié)論與展望。全文運用比較法、案例法、SWOT分析等方法,對供應鏈融資開展了深入的分析。結(jié)合本人在Z銀行實際參與供應鏈業(yè)務(wù)的實踐經(jīng)驗,全文雖主要是從Z銀行的角度進行分析與建議,但也研究了目前金融機構(gòu)發(fā)展此項業(yè)務(wù)的共性,因此使本文的解決方案更具有可行性和可操作性,可供其他金融機構(gòu)及中小企業(yè)參考及借鑒。經(jīng)過研究,本文對Z銀行開展供應鏈業(yè)務(wù)的建議有以下五點:一是搭建自主平臺;二是加強共享合作;三是堅持創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)型;四是完善風控體系;五是逆向發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:Under the background of information, supply chain financing, which is a transformational credit mode, has effectively solved the problem of capital shortage in small enterprises and constructed a benign relationship between financial institutions and supply chains. On the one hand, financial institutions take the core companies as a breakthrough point and provide funds to relevant companies on the chain in a targeted manner, helping core companies to enhance the stability of the chain, improve the overall operational efficiency, and broaden the financing channels of upstream and downstream enterprises. On the other hand, in the face of privatization of banks, capital marketization and other "six trends" competitive environment, financial institutions rely on the supply chain to get customers in bulk. Get the benefits of the new growth point of intermediary business, and can verify the authenticity of trade background on the premise of loans, improve the level of risk control. In this paper, Z Bank is chosen as the research object. After analyzing the situation and problems of Z Bank developing supply chain business, this paper puts forward the innovative solution of supply chain financing business. For Z Bank and other financial institutions to develop this kind of business to provide reference and reference. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, combing the domestic and foreign related theories of supply chain financing, from the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the current situation of domestic and foreign supply chain financing, the research content and the structure of the article, etc. The connotation of supply chain finance is analyzed. The second chapter discusses the basic concept of supply chain, analyzes the demand of each level of supply chain, and studies and compares three basic forms of supply chain financing. The third chapter expounds the development of Z bank supply chain financing and analyzes the product system of Z bank supply chain. In addition, it uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the development of Z bank supply chain financing. In the fourth chapter, according to the analysis of Z bank supply chain financing, the author takes J Company as an example to put forward the innovative supply chain financing solution, and puts forward the relevant thinking on the design of the scheme. In the fifth chapter, the author puts forward some feasible suggestions for Z Bank to develop supply chain financing strategy. Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect. This paper makes a deep analysis of supply chain financing by means of comparative method and case law SWOT analysis. Combined with my practical experience of participating in the supply chain business in Z Bank, this paper mainly analyzes and suggests from the angle of Z Bank, but also studies the commonness of the development of this business by financial institutions at present. Therefore, the solution of this paper is more feasible and operable, and can be used for reference by other financial institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the research, this paper has the following five suggestions to Z Bank to carry out the supply chain business: first, build the independent platform; second, strengthen the sharing cooperation; third, insist on innovation transformation; fourth, perfect the wind control system; fifth, reverse development thinking.
