【摘要】：推動(dòng)養(yǎng)老基地建設(shè)已成為許多經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)改善養(yǎng)老環(huán)境、提升養(yǎng)老質(zhì)量的重要舉措,但是在養(yǎng)老基地建設(shè)過(guò)程中,如何使項(xiàng)目始終獲取足夠的資金成為困擾的難題。文章在對(duì)養(yǎng)老基地引入眾籌融資現(xiàn)狀及眾籌融資支持養(yǎng)老基地運(yùn)行模式分析的基礎(chǔ)上,探究解決眾籌融資長(zhǎng)期有效支持養(yǎng)老基地的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,從而提高眾籌融資與養(yǎng)老基地的契合度,使眾籌融資成為解決養(yǎng)老基地資金困難、不斷推進(jìn)養(yǎng)老基地健康發(fā)展的重要方式。
[Abstract]:To promote the construction of pension base has become an important measure to improve the pension environment and improve the quality of the aged in many economically developed areas. However, in the process of building the pension base, how to obtain enough funds for the project has become a difficult problem. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the introduction of crowdfunding and the operation mode of crowdfunding to support the old-age base, this paper explores and solves the key problems of crowdfunding to effectively support the old-age base for a long time. In order to improve the compatibility between crowdfunding and pension base, making crowdfunding become an important way to solve the fund difficulties of pension base and promote the healthy development of pension base.
