互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代商業(yè)銀行征信數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用模式研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步和金融脫媒的客觀需求,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。其與銀行業(yè)、征信行業(yè)等傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的結(jié)合又進(jìn)一步催生出直銷銀行、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)銀行、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)征信等新的商業(yè)模式和商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)。在實(shí)踐方面,國(guó)外銀行業(yè)由于體制活、起步早,已經(jīng)形成了較為成熟的商業(yè)模式,如美國(guó)Zest Finance等;理論方面,以往文獻(xiàn)較多集中于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的沖擊和對(duì)現(xiàn)有征信體系的重塑,商業(yè)銀行始終作為一個(gè)被動(dòng)的征信信息使用者的角色。文章考察互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代下銀行是如何獲取和應(yīng)用征信數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)在現(xiàn)有征信體系下引入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)因素后是否對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)有所幫助進(jìn)行了分析。最后從立法的角度提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of Internet technology and the objective demand of financial disintermediation, Internet finance emerges as the times require. Its combination with the banking industry, credit industry and other traditional industries has further spawned a new business model and business form, such as direct selling banks, Internet credit information and so on. In practice, due to the active system and early start of the foreign banking industry, a more mature business model has been formed, such as the Zest Finance of the United States. The previous literature focuses on the impact of Internet finance on commercial banks and the remodeling of the existing credit information system. Commercial banks have always played a passive role as users of credit information. This paper examines how banks obtain and apply credit information data in the Internet era, and analyzes whether the introduction of Internet factors under the existing credit system will help commercial banks. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward from the angle of legislation.
