【摘要】：基于金融資源向財(cái)富驅(qū)動(dòng)領(lǐng)域過(guò)快集中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新不確定性視角對(duì)財(cái)富驅(qū)動(dòng)爭(zhēng)奪創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)金融資源的理論機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:由于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程的不確定性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),金融資源更傾向于進(jìn)入財(cái)富驅(qū)動(dòng)領(lǐng)域;放任金融資源過(guò)度流向財(cái)富驅(qū)動(dòng)領(lǐng)域會(huì)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生危害;市場(chǎng)機(jī)制本身無(wú)法促使創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn),需要政府政策強(qiáng)力介入,干預(yù)金融供給側(cè)改革,支持創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展�；诖�,政府應(yīng)完善金融體系對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新不確定性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)金融資源進(jìn)入創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Based on the current problem that financial resources become too fast and concentrated in the field of wealth driving, the theoretical mechanism of wealth driven competition for financial resources driven by innovation is studied from the perspective of technological innovation uncertainty. The results show that due to the uncertainty and risk in the process of technological innovation, financial resources tend to enter the wealth-driven field, allowing the excessive flow of financial resources to the wealth-driven field will cause harm to the economic development. The market mechanism itself cannot promote the innovation driven development to realize automatically, needs the government policy to intervene strongly, to intervene the financial supply-side reform, to support the innovation drive development. Based on this, the government should perfect the risk dispersion and risk sharing mechanism of financial system to the uncertainty of technological innovation, and guide financial resources into the field of innovation drive.
