【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國金融改革正向深層次推進(jìn),作為金融市場不可或缺的信托公司,由于其自身的業(yè)務(wù)特色及未來創(chuàng)新的巨大空間,越來越得到市場的關(guān)注。本文正是基于這樣的行業(yè)發(fā)展背景及上海國際金融中心建設(shè)的機(jī)遇,加之有實習(xí)調(diào)研的便利,來系統(tǒng)地研究愛建集團(tuán)這一滬市上市公司信托平臺的投資價值。全文通過結(jié)合專業(yè)理論的學(xué)習(xí),將基本面分析技術(shù)中的宏觀分析、行業(yè)分析、公司分析等應(yīng)用于研究中。首先,簡單介紹愛建集團(tuán)公司基本情況并對其進(jìn)行了估值分析;接著,借助財務(wù)分析、估值分析、戰(zhàn)略分析等方法,揭示愛建信托在發(fā)展過程中存在的問題;然后根據(jù)愛建集團(tuán)發(fā)展中的不足,提出一些解決策略;最后,給出了全文的結(jié)論及后續(xù)研究建議。通過查閱參考大量文件、資料,實地走訪及實習(xí),本文對愛建集團(tuán)投資價值的分析相對全面而系統(tǒng)的,對其當(dāng)前發(fā)展存在的問題也做了深入挖掘,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決策略。希望本文的研究能夠給愛建集團(tuán)未來發(fā)展策略的制定起到一定的參考及借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, China's financial reform is advancing deeply. As an indispensable trust company in the financial market, the market is getting more and more attention due to its own business characteristics and the huge space for future innovation. This paper is based on the development background of this industry and the opportunities for the construction of Shanghai international gold melting center, coupled with the practice research. To study the investment value of the trust platform of the listed company of Shanghai stock market. The full text, through the study of the professional theory, applies the macro analysis, industry analysis and company analysis to the research. First, the basic situation of the company is briefly introduced and the valuation analysis is carried out. With the help of financial analysis, valuation analysis, strategic analysis and other methods, it reveals the problems existing in the development process of the trust, and then puts forward some solutions according to the deficiencies in the development of the Aijian group. Finally, the conclusion of the full text and the follow-up research proposals are given. The analysis of the investment value of the AIC is relatively comprehensive and systematic, and the problems existing in the current development are also deeply excavated, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide some reference and reference for the development of the future development strategy of the "Ai" group.
