【摘要】：在科技與金融高速發(fā)展的今天,國內(nèi)銀行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展已經(jīng)到了成熟期,國有四大商業(yè)銀行、股份制商業(yè)銀行、城市商業(yè)銀行以及農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行等各類銀行的業(yè)務(wù)存在很大的同質(zhì)性,業(yè)務(wù)品種沒有太大的差異。在這種環(huán)境下銀行業(yè)的競爭,主要體現(xiàn)在服務(wù)模式以及服務(wù)質(zhì)量上,銀行業(yè)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量很大一部分取決于銀行軟件系統(tǒng)對其業(yè)務(wù)的支持。而一個(gè)銀行軟件系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量就取決于該銀行科技部門的項(xiàng)目管理能力以及軟件廠商的服務(wù)能力,因此,銀行科技部門需選擇合適的服務(wù)廠商。XX銀行成立于1998年12月,是內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)最早成立的股份制商業(yè)銀行,前身為XH市商業(yè)銀行,2007年9月經(jīng)中國銀監(jiān)會(huì)批準(zhǔn)更名為XX銀行。目前XX銀行進(jìn)行軟件項(xiàng)目需求管理時(shí),未對需求進(jìn)行分類管理,所有需求共用同一套流程等,且外包廠商管理不利,這使得項(xiàng)目效率低下,成本、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量都不能得到有效的控制。本文以軟件需求管理理論為基礎(chǔ),對XX銀行軟件項(xiàng)目需求管理問題進(jìn)行了分析研究。論文主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)介紹了 XX銀行的基本情況,并以存款利率設(shè)置、貿(mào)易金融平臺、銀企直聯(lián)等軟件系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)為例闡述了XX銀行軟件項(xiàng)目需求管理的現(xiàn)狀。(2)系統(tǒng)分析了XX銀行軟件項(xiàng)目需求管理存在的問題及原因,包括:需求分類管理問題、需求管理流程問題、需求外包廠商管理問題等。(3)參考目前同業(yè)之間的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以需求管理理論為基礎(chǔ),針對XX銀行的上述需求管理問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案:按照需求規(guī)模大小將需求分成A、B、C三類;針對不同類別提出了相應(yīng)的需求管理流程改進(jìn)方案;并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)給出了外包廠商的服務(wù)模式。(4)從項(xiàng)目成本、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量三個(gè)方面對改進(jìn)方案的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了分析,并對行內(nèi)的相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行了訪談,訪談結(jié)果進(jìn)一步說明了改進(jìn)方案的有效性。本文希望通過這些工作來幫助XX銀行建立合理的軟件項(xiàng)目需求管理方案,同時(shí)為同業(yè)發(fā)展提供一定程度上的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science, technology and finance, the development of domestic banking business has reached a mature stage. Four state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks, Urban commercial banks and rural commercial banks and other banks have great homogeneity, business types are not too different. In this environment, the competition of the banking industry is mainly reflected in the service mode and service quality. The service quality of the banking industry depends in large part on the support of the banking software system to its business. And the quality of a bank software system depends on the project management capability of the bank's technology department and the service capability of the software manufacturer. Therefore, the bank technology department needs to select the appropriate service provider. Xx Bank was established in December 1998. Is the earliest joint-stock commercial bank established in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, formerly XH City Commercial Bank, China Banking Regulatory Commission approved to change its name to XX Bank in September 2007. At present, when XX Bank carries out software project requirement management, it does not classify the demand management, all the requirements share the same set of processes, and the outsourcing manufacturer is not good at managing, which makes the project inefficient, cost, schedule, etc. Quality can not be effectively controlled. Based on the theory of software requirement management, this paper analyzes and studies the problem of software project requirement management in XX Bank. The main contents of the paper are as follows: (1) introduced the basic situation of XX Bank, and set the deposit interest rate, trade finance platform, This paper expounds the current situation of software project requirement management in XX bank and analyzes the problems and causes of the requirement management of XX bank software project, including: requirement classification management. Demand management process problem, demand outsourcing vendor management problem, etc.) referring to the current advanced experience between the industry, based on demand management theory, According to the demand management problem of XX Bank, the corresponding solutions are put forward: according to the demand scale, the demand is divided into three categories, and the corresponding demand management process improvement scheme is put forward for different types. According to the characteristics of the project, the service mode of outsourcing manufacturer is given. (4) the implementation effect of the improved scheme is analyzed from three aspects of project cost, progress and quality, and the relevant personnel in the industry are interviewed. The results of the interview further demonstrate the effectiveness of the improved scheme. This paper hopes to help XX Bank to establish a reasonable software project demand management scheme through these works, and to provide some reference for the development of the same industry.
