【摘要】:2014年5月,習近平總書記在河南實地考察時,首次提出了“新常態(tài)”這一重要論斷,這標志著中國經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)告別快而不精的粗獷型發(fā)展,轉而追求更高質量的中高速增長,企業(yè)發(fā)展從傳統(tǒng)的要素或投資驅動轉變?yōu)閯?chuàng)新驅動。因此,新常態(tài)下銀行間的競爭也不再僅限于跑馬圈地式的網(wǎng)點數(shù)量比拼了,而是轉變?yōu)楦泳毣I(yè)化的競爭。再加之近年來中央銀行對利率管制的逐步放開,以及各大互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)公司的跨界競爭,使得傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)昔日高高在上的優(yōu)勢地位喪失殆盡。因此,盡快找到一條改革創(chuàng)新之路,已成為每家商業(yè)銀行當下的首要任務。作為傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)務和新興科學技術的有機融合的產(chǎn)物,電子銀行當之無愧地成為了當今商業(yè)銀行最重要的服務渠道之一:首先,在過去很長一段時間里,利差是傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行的主要收入來源,電子銀行憑借其多元化的功能設置,大大拓寬了商業(yè)銀行的業(yè)務范圍,從而進一步優(yōu)化商業(yè)銀行收入結構;其次,與傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)需要花費大量人力、財力去鋪設物理網(wǎng)點不同的是,電子銀行利用信息技術將客戶的業(yè)務虛擬化,進而大幅降低銀行的經(jīng)營成本;再次,電子銀行業(yè)務具有高效、便捷的業(yè)務操作模式,加之嵌入更加人性化的場景元素,使得客戶在辦理銀行業(yè)務的過程中獲得更好的體驗;最后,由于電子銀行業(yè)務不受時間和空間的限制,使得商業(yè)銀行在搶占境外或邊遠地區(qū)的市場份額時更加得心應手。得益于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡、移動通訊、電子商務等技術的快速發(fā)展,如今我國電子銀行業(yè)務步入了相對成熟的階段,各家商業(yè)銀行都試圖推出更具競爭力的產(chǎn)品或服務,以強化自身的核心競爭力,中國工商銀行也不例外,經(jīng)過將近20年的不懈努力,工商銀行電子銀行已經(jīng)建成了一套多元化、智能化、創(chuàng)新化、國際化的業(yè)務體系,并于2015年3月23日發(fā)布了自己的電子銀行品牌——e-ICBC,三大平臺配合三大產(chǎn)品線,使得工在電子銀行領域中有了里程碑式的進步,在捧得國內(nèi)外無數(shù)獎項的同時,也收獲了來自社會各界的良好口碑。然而在取得驕人成果的背后,工行電子銀行仍存在如經(jīng)營管理體制不健全、風險控制體系不完善、人才隊伍建設不到位、系統(tǒng)保障機制不扎實、融e系列產(chǎn)品不過硬等諸多問題,本文在發(fā)現(xiàn)上述問題的基礎上,深入剖析問題成因,并有針對性地對工行電子銀行業(yè)務提出健全內(nèi)控制度、完善支持體系、強化品牌建設等改進建議,旨在通過電子銀行業(yè)務的健康發(fā)展,來帶動工行整體完成轉型升級。
[Abstract]:In May 2014, during a field trip to Henan Province, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward for the first time the important conclusion of the "new normal", which symbolizes that China's economy has left the rapid and unsophisticated rough development and has turned to pursue higher quality and high speed growth. The enterprise development changes from the traditional factor or the investment drive to the innovation drive. Therefore, the competition between banks in the new normal is no longer limited to the competition of the number of points, but is transformed into a more refined and professional competition. In addition, the deregulation of interest rate by the central bank in recent years, and the cross-border competition of the major Internet industry companies, make the traditional banking industry lost its former superior position. Therefore, to find a reform and innovation as soon as possible has become the most important task of every commercial bank. As a product of the organic integration of traditional financial business and emerging science and technology, electronic banking has become one of the most important service channels for commercial banks today. First, in the past a long time ago, electronic banking has become one of the most important service channels for commercial banks. Interest rate difference is the main source of income for traditional commercial banks. With its diversified functions, electronic banks greatly broaden the scope of business of commercial banks, thereby further optimizing the income structure of commercial banks. Unlike the traditional banking industry, which requires a great deal of manpower and financial resources to lay physical networks, electronic banking uses information technology to virtualize customers' business, thereby greatly reducing the operating costs of banks. Thirdly, electronic banking is highly efficient. The convenient business operation mode, coupled with the embedding of more humanized scene elements, enables customers to gain a better experience in the process of handling banking business. Finally, because the electronic banking business is not limited by time and space, Commercial banks in foreign or remote areas of the market share more handy. Thanks to the rapid development of Internet, mobile communications, electronic commerce and other technologies, now our electronic banking business has entered a relatively mature stage, each commercial bank is trying to introduce more competitive products or services. In order to strengthen its core competitiveness, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China is no exception. After nearly 20 years of unremitting efforts, ICBC Electronic Bank has built a diversified, intelligent, innovative and international business system. And on March 23, 2015, it released its own e-banking brand e-ICBC.Three platforms cooperate with the three major product lines, making the industry have made milestone progress in the field of electronic banking, while winning numerous awards at home and abroad. It has also gained good reputation from all walks of life. However, behind the remarkable achievements, ICBC electronic banks still exist, such as the imperfect management system, the imperfect risk control system, the inadequate construction of the talent team, and the lack of a solid system guarantee mechanism. On the basis of finding the above problems, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward a sound internal control system and a sound support system for ICBC's electronic banking business. Strengthening brand building and other improvement suggestions aimed at the healthy development of electronic banking business to drive ICBC to complete the overall transformation and upgrading.
