【摘要】：世界銀行基于統(tǒng)計(jì)方法、數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源、統(tǒng)計(jì)周期3個(gè)維度,設(shè)置25個(gè)具體指標(biāo),評(píng)估全球140多個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)能力。檢查發(fā)現(xiàn),世界銀行低估了我國(guó)2015年統(tǒng)計(jì)能力。經(jīng)溝通解釋,世界銀行對(duì)我國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)能力作了重新評(píng)估和修正,我國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)能力在世界銀行的排名從2015年的第68位提升到2016年的第23位。與國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相比,我國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)能力還有一定差距,有待進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Based on statistical methods, data sources and three dimensions of statistical cycle, the World Bank has set up 25 specific indicators to assess the statistical capacity of more than 140 developing countries around the world. The review found that the World Bank underestimated China's statistical capacity in 2015. Through the communication and explanation, the World Bank has reassessed and revised the statistical ability of our country. The ranking of our statistical ability in the World Bank has risen from 68th in 2015 to 23rd in 2016. Compared with international standards, there is still a certain gap between China's statistical capacity and further improvement.
