【摘要】:手機(jī)銀行作為個(gè)人金融服務(wù)及相關(guān)消費(fèi)行為的新興熱點(diǎn)平臺(tái),需要滿足用戶更多情境化、定制化的需求。本文根據(jù)情境認(rèn)知理論,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外多個(gè)學(xué)者提出的情境因素模型進(jìn)行了綜述和比較研究,并結(jié)合手機(jī)銀行操作的強(qiáng)目的性、市場(chǎng)信息的重要性、情境信息的聯(lián)動(dòng)性等特點(diǎn),提出了包含六種因素的移動(dòng)銀行服務(wù)情境感知模型。該模型對(duì)其他學(xué)者提出的情景因子進(jìn)行了重新劃分歸納,并引入市場(chǎng)情境作為新的情境感知因素之一?紤]到銀行業(yè)務(wù)的強(qiáng)目的性,模型中情境認(rèn)知的相關(guān)信息流都通過(guò)綜合數(shù)據(jù)處理對(duì)任務(wù)情境提供指導(dǎo),并通過(guò)手機(jī)銀行的任務(wù)情境實(shí)現(xiàn)面向客戶的定制化服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)。此模型為手機(jī)銀行情境感知相關(guān)的服務(wù)提供了基本創(chuàng)新思路,也可作為具體銀行業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景下實(shí)證研究的情境整合框架。
[Abstract]:As an emerging hot platform for personal financial services and related consumer behavior, mobile banking needs to meet the needs of more situational and customized users. According to the theory of situational cognition, this paper summarizes and compares the models of situational factors put forward by many scholars at home and abroad, and combines the characteristics of the strong purpose of mobile banking operation, the importance of market information, the linkage of situational information, etc. A situational awareness model for mobile banking services with six factors is proposed. The model reclassifies the situational factors proposed by other scholars and introduces market situation as one of the new situational perception factors. Considering the strong purpose of banking business, the relevant information flow of situational cognition in the model provides guidance to the task situation through comprehensive data processing, and realizes custom-made service design for customers through the task situation of mobile banking. This model provides a basic innovative idea for context-aware services in mobile banking, and can also be used as a situational integration framework for empirical research in specific banking scenarios.
