財政政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與日商在華投資企業(yè)的區(qū)位選擇

【摘要】:本文基于新經(jīng)濟地理學(xué)理論,利用2003-2008年的省級面板數(shù)據(jù),研究了日本企業(yè)在華投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng),并考察了中央與地方政府的財政優(yōu)惠政策對日商來華選址決策的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),日本在華投資企業(yè)存在顯著的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng),且這一效應(yīng)有自我強化的趨勢。中央政府的轉(zhuǎn)移支付和地方政府的土地優(yōu)惠政策,都對日本在華投資企業(yè)的選址決策產(chǎn)生了統(tǒng)計上的顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of new economic geography and the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2008, this paper studies the industrial agglomeration effect of Japanese enterprises' investment in China, and examines the influence of the fiscal preferential policies of central and local governments on the decision of Japanese businessmen to come to China. It is found that there is a significant industrial agglomeration effect in Japanese investment enterprises in China, and this effect tends to strengthen itself. The transfer payment of the central government and the land preferential policy of the local government have a significant statistical impact on the location decision of Japanese investment enterprises in China.
