郵儲(chǔ)銀行沈陽市分行營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及及電子信息化的飛速發(fā)展,銀行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中自助化服務(wù)與傳統(tǒng)的人工操作分飾商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)日常工作中的重要角色。如何有效的將人工和自助化服務(wù)合理匹配,優(yōu)化商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局,一直以來被視為銀行業(yè)的焦點(diǎn)話題。郵儲(chǔ)銀行沈陽市分行于2008年3月12日成立以來,管轄6個(gè)一級(jí)支行,49個(gè)人工營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn),271臺(tái)自助服務(wù)設(shè)備,其網(wǎng)點(diǎn)遍布沈陽市各行政區(qū)域,其人文背景、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、技術(shù)水平發(fā)展程度參差不齊。就目前沈陽市范圍內(nèi)郵儲(chǔ)銀行各級(jí)營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局建設(shè)而言,忽視所在行政區(qū)域的人文背景、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、技術(shù)水平等因素而選址,勢(shì)必影響銀行營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。本文首先通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),問卷調(diào)查分析,設(shè)施選址分析等方法,了解目前國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局現(xiàn)狀。其次,運(yùn)用運(yùn)營(yíng)管理理論、戰(zhàn)略管理理論、運(yùn)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略理論、工業(yè)工程理論、人力資源管理等相關(guān)理論知識(shí),結(jié)合郵儲(chǔ)銀行沈陽市分行營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的現(xiàn)狀,提出目前沈陽市營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局存在的問題,其中包括:在營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)數(shù)量、選址,多功能設(shè)備的投放,人工與自助化服務(wù)的匹配,運(yùn)營(yíng)效率等多方面存在布局的不合理性。再次,從各區(qū)域內(nèi)客戶類型,營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)與區(qū)域用戶的匹配情況,人工服務(wù)與自助服務(wù)的匹配關(guān)系等不同角度進(jìn)行深層次優(yōu)化分析。最后,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)營(yíng)理念從選址、網(wǎng)點(diǎn)功能、設(shè)備投入、人員配備等角度,分別提出了各區(qū)域營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的優(yōu)化方案;將人工、自助化、人工與自助化相結(jié)合的營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)合理匹配,并對(duì)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)化提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案及實(shí)施的保障措施,以便更加人性化、差異化、有特點(diǎn)、有針對(duì)性的為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)化服務(wù),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)銀行整體提升的目的。本文針對(duì)郵儲(chǔ)銀行沈陽市分行營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析與討論,提出更加有效的銀行營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局建議,對(duì)于郵儲(chǔ)銀行沈陽市分行及同業(yè)銀行的營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)化轉(zhuǎn)型均具有較大的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of network and the rapid development of electronic information, the self-help service and the traditional manual operation in the field of banking are divided into two important roles in the daily work of commercial banks. How to effectively match the manual and self-help services and optimize the distribution of commercial banks has always been regarded as the focus of the banking industry. Since the establishment of the postal savings bank Shenyang branch on March 12, 2008, it has been under the jurisdiction of six first-level branches, 49 artificial business outlets and 271 self-service equipment. Its branches are spread throughout the administrative areas of Shenyang, with its humanistic background and economic conditions. The level of technological development is uneven. As far as the layout and construction of postal savings bank outlets at all levels in Shenyang are concerned, ignoring the cultural background, economic conditions, technical level and other factors of the administrative region, the location selection will inevitably affect the operation efficiency of bank outlets. First of all, by consulting relevant documents, questionnaire survey, facility location analysis and other methods to understand the current situation of bank outlets at home and abroad. Secondly, using the theory of operation management, the theory of strategic management, the theory of operation strategy, the theory of industrial engineering, the theory of human resource management, and so on, combined with the present situation of the distribution of business outlets in Shenyang Branch of Postal savings Bank, The problems existing in the layout of business outlets in Shenyang are put forward, including the irrationality of the layout in many aspects, such as the number of business outlets, location selection, the placement of multi-functional equipment, the matching of manual and self-service, and the operational efficiency. Thirdly, the deep level optimization analysis is carried out from different angles, such as the customer types in each region, the matching situation between business outlets and regional users, the matching relationship between manual service and self-service, and so on. Finally, from the point of view of location selection, network function, equipment input, personnel allocation and so on, the optimization scheme of the distribution of business network in each region is put forward by using the modern management concept, and the manual, self-help, and so on are put forward respectively. The combination of manual and self-help business network reasonable matching, and the internal optimization of the network to put forward the corresponding optimization program and implementation of the safeguard measures, in order to more humanized, differentiated, characteristic, targeted to provide customers with high-quality services, Finally, the purpose of bank promotion is realized. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the layout of postal savings bank, Shenyang branch, and puts forward more effective suggestions for the layout of bank outlets. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to the transformation of postal savings bank Shenyang branch and interbank business network.
