【摘要】：本文在綜合考慮財(cái)政金融支持對(duì)科技創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生的直接作用效應(yīng)及其空間溢出效應(yīng)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了財(cái)政金融支持對(duì)科技創(chuàng)新影響的空間計(jì)量模型,并運(yùn)用2009~2012年中國(guó)30個(gè)省份面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證估計(jì),定量測(cè)度了財(cái)政金融支持對(duì)我國(guó)科技創(chuàng)新的直接效應(yīng)以及在省份間表現(xiàn)出的空間溢出效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明,財(cái)政和金融支持對(duì)科技創(chuàng)新具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,但是金融支持的影響更為顯著;財(cái)政和金融支持對(duì)鄰近省份的科技創(chuàng)新表現(xiàn)出顯著的空間溢出效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the direct effect of financial support on scientific and technological innovation and its spatial spillover effect, this paper constructs a spatial measurement model of the impact of financial support on scientific and technological innovation, and uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China for the 2009~2012 years to make an empirical estimation and measure the financial and financial support to our country. The direct effect of scientific and technological innovation and the spatial spillover effect between provinces show that financial and financial support has a significant role in promoting scientific and technological innovation, but the impact of financial support is more significant; financial and financial support has a significant spatial spillover effect on the scientific and technological innovation table in the neighboring provinces.
