【摘要】:近幾年來,商業(yè)銀行運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作,在提高運(yùn)營(yíng)質(zhì)量、運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,以及保障運(yùn)營(yíng)安全方面都發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用,已經(jīng)日益成為提高銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要舉措。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化的不斷拓展,商業(yè)銀行間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也愈發(fā)激烈。面對(duì)這種形勢(shì),如何建立科學(xué)合理的網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分級(jí)分類管理,已成為商業(yè)銀行亟需解決的一個(gè)問題。本文采用基本理論說明,吸取國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)行業(yè)先進(jìn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合作者自身的運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)G銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理工作進(jìn)行深入思考和認(rèn)真研究,試圖剖析在現(xiàn)行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定工作上存在的問題及問題的成因,之后通過對(duì)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理指標(biāo)體系的優(yōu)化和完善,進(jìn)一步精準(zhǔn)定位營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),最終提出和實(shí)施G銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理的優(yōu)化方案。本文共劃分為六個(gè)部分,各章結(jié)構(gòu)及主要內(nèi)容為:第一章為緒論部分。主要論述了本文研究的背景、目的與意義、內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)、主要方法。第二章介紹研究的理論基礎(chǔ),論述網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的概念及其與相近概念的區(qū)分,作為網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定的基礎(chǔ),并介紹了網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定的構(gòu)成、評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與方法,同時(shí)闡述了評(píng)級(jí)的必要性。第三章結(jié)合G銀行現(xiàn)狀,找出網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定工作存在的主要問題及問題產(chǎn)生的原因,全面的對(duì)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定工作進(jìn)行剖析,為后文的網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定的優(yōu)化和完善打下良好基礎(chǔ)。第四章明確了網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定工作的優(yōu)化目標(biāo),并設(shè)計(jì)了一套優(yōu)化方案,實(shí)施運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分類與分級(jí),有條理、有重點(diǎn)的進(jìn)行分析與管理。第五章闡述了如何實(shí)施優(yōu)化方案,以及為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定優(yōu)化方案而采取的幾項(xiàng)保障措施。第六章為結(jié)論。通過以上章節(jié)的分析,以及筆者對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)管理實(shí)踐的思考,從宏觀體系到具體措施,提出網(wǎng)點(diǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管理評(píng)定的優(yōu)化策略,有效控制網(wǎng)點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the operation risk management of commercial banks plays an important role in improving operation quality, operational efficiency and ensuring operational safety, and has become an important measure to improve the core competitiveness of banks. With the rapid development of economy and the development of network information, the competition between commercial banks is becoming more and more fierce. In the face of this situation, how to establish a scientific and reasonable network operation risk grading management evaluation system and realize the classification management of bank network operation risk has become an urgent problem for commercial banks to solve. This article uses the basic theory to explain, absorbs the domestic and foreign related profession advanced management experience, and unifies the author own operation risk management experience, carries on the thorough thought and the earnest research to the G bank network operation risk classification management work, This paper attempts to analyze the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the grading management of network operation risk, and then optimizes and perfects the index system of network operation risk grading management. Further precise positioning of the operational risk level of business outlets, and finally put forward and implement G bank network operation risk management optimization scheme. This paper is divided into six parts. The structure and main contents of each chapter are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction part. This article mainly discusses the background, purpose and significance, content and structure, main methods. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the research, discusses the concept of network operation risk and its differentiation from similar concepts, as the basis of network operation risk management and assessment, and introduces the structure of network operation risk grading management evaluation. Evaluation criteria and methods, and the necessity of rating. In the third chapter, according to the current situation of G Bank, we find out the main problems and the causes of the problems in the management and evaluation of the network operation risk classification, and analyze the work of the network operation risk grading management and evaluation in an all-round way. It will lay a good foundation for the optimization and improvement of network operation risk management evaluation. The fourth chapter defines the optimization objectives of network operation risk grading management evaluation, and designs a set of optimization scheme, the implementation of operational risk classification and classification, organized, focused on the analysis and management. The fifth chapter expounds how to carry out the optimization scheme and some safeguard measures to further promote the optimization scheme of network operation risk grading management evaluation. Chapter six is the conclusion. Through the analysis of the above chapters and the author's thinking on the practical management practice, from the macroscopic system to the concrete measures, the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the network operation risk grading management evaluation, and effectively controls the network business operation risk.
