【摘要】：我國(guó)上市公司股權(quán)分置改革自2006年改革實(shí)施全面完成已有十年,股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)績(jī)效一直是企業(yè)管理者和專(zhuān)家學(xué)者們關(guān)心的焦點(diǎn)。學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)兩者關(guān)系的研究視角各有不同,研究結(jié)果也各有差異。然而,總體來(lái)說(shuō),通過(guò)查看文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)者們?cè)谘芯抗蓹?quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系時(shí)考慮行業(yè)因素的文獻(xiàn)不多,在這個(gè)方面沒(méi)有引起足夠的關(guān)注。如果在研究?jī)烧哧P(guān)系時(shí)不考慮行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素,而直接把不同行業(yè)的企業(yè)放在一起進(jìn)行研究,則很可能會(huì)引起相關(guān)變量指標(biāo)的相互影響,從而影響企業(yè)股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)績(jī)效關(guān)系的有效性。本文以我國(guó)上市企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀為切入點(diǎn),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)運(yùn)用理論和實(shí)證的研究方式從股權(quán)集中度、股權(quán)制衡度和股東屬性三方面來(lái)分別研究我國(guó)保護(hù)性行業(yè)和非保護(hù)性行業(yè)上市公司股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)績(jī)效間的關(guān)系。在理論方面主要通過(guò)選取2006-2015年我國(guó)上市企業(yè)作為研究對(duì)象,來(lái)分析我國(guó)股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)績(jī)效的現(xiàn)狀。在實(shí)證方面主要通過(guò)SPSS17.0軟件分兩部分來(lái)對(duì)兩大行業(yè)股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。首先利用相關(guān)性分析初步推斷模型因變量和自變量之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,然后對(duì)各變量進(jìn)行了描述性分析,初步分析了模型一中各變量的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)特征,為進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明問(wèn)題,深入對(duì)模型一進(jìn)行回歸分析來(lái)達(dá)到研究的目的。最后,針對(duì)研究結(jié)論提出相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:It has been ten years since the reform of split share structure of listed companies was carried out in China in 2006. The ownership structure and enterprise performance have always been the focus of attention of enterprise managers and experts and scholars. Academic research on the relationship between the two different perspectives, research results are also different. On the whole, however, by looking at the literature, it is found that there are not many papers that consider industry factors when studying the relationship between equity structure and firm performance, which has not attracted enough attention in this respect. If we study the relationship between the two industries without considering the competition factors of the industry, but directly put enterprises in different industries together, it is likely to lead to the mutual influence of the relevant variable indicators. Thus affect the effectiveness of the relationship between the ownership structure and enterprise performance. This paper takes the current situation of listed enterprises in our country as the breakthrough point, combines the domestic and foreign research present situation, through the use of the theory and the empirical research way from the stock ownership concentration degree, The relationship between equity structure and corporate performance of listed companies in protective and unprotected industries is studied from three aspects of equity balance and shareholder attributes. In theory, we choose Chinese listed enterprises from 2006 to 2015 as the research object to analyze the present situation of stock ownership structure and enterprise performance in China. In the empirical aspect, SPSS17.0 software is divided into two parts to analyze the relationship between ownership structure and enterprise performance. The correlation analysis is used to infer the correlation between dependent variables and independent variables, and then the descriptive statistical characteristics of each variable in model one are analyzed. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, the regression analysis of model one is carried out in depth. Finally, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the conclusion of the study.
