Z銀行江西分行員工培訓體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:21世紀是知識經(jīng)濟的時代,人才成為各個行業(yè)的稀缺資源,銀行業(yè)也是如此,加強員工培訓與管理是銀行實現(xiàn)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。作為最為重要的管理行為,人力資源管理在企業(yè)資源配置與經(jīng)營管理中無疑是十分重要的。未來的人力資源管理將在一定程度上影響并主導企業(yè)的經(jīng)營與發(fā)展,中國經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展以及中國銀行業(yè)監(jiān)管體系的改革,將對金融人才,特別是商業(yè)銀行的人才提出更多、更高、更嚴的要求。在推進企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中,企業(yè)員工發(fā)揮著重要作用,高素質(zhì)的企業(yè)員工能夠強有力的推動企業(yè)發(fā)展;反之,則會阻礙企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,如何提高員工培訓的有效性,全面提升員工素質(zhì),使之能夠更好地為銀行發(fā)展作出貢獻,是各大商業(yè)銀行亟待解決的課題,加強員工培訓體系研究迫在眉睫。在本研究中,筆者首先就本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究框架、研究方法及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了簡要闡述;其次,對培訓的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進行了簡單概括;再次,選取Z銀行江西省分行作為個案進行分析,通過對該銀行員工培訓體系現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)研,找出當前Z銀行員工人培訓體系存在的問題,并對這些問題進行深入剖析,為后文提出針對性地意見和建議提供理論和現(xiàn)實依據(jù);最后,根據(jù)前文對Z銀行員工培訓體系存在問題及原因的分析,結(jié)合Z銀行的實際情況,提出了優(yōu)化Z銀行員工培訓體系的路徑。筆者旨在通過本研究,進一步優(yōu)化Z銀行員工培訓體系,為推動Z銀行各項業(yè)務發(fā)展提供扎實的智力支持和人才保障,同時也為其他銀行在員工培訓體系的建立和完善上提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, talent has become a scarce resource in various industries, and so is banking. Strengthening staff training and management is the key to the healthy and sustainable development of banks. As the most important management behavior, human resource management is undoubtedly very important in enterprise resource allocation and management. The future human resource management will influence and lead the management and development of enterprises to a certain extent. The transformation and development of China's economy and the reform of China's banking regulatory system will bring more financial talents, especially those from commercial banks. Higher, stricter demands. In the process of promoting the development of enterprises, the employees of enterprises play an important role, the high-quality employees can strongly promote the development of enterprises; otherwise, it will hinder the development of enterprises. Therefore, how to improve the effectiveness of staff training, improve the overall quality of staff, and make a better contribution to the development of banks, is an urgent task for major commercial banks, strengthen the study of staff training system is urgent. In this study, the author first briefly describes the research background, significance, research content, research framework, research methods and research status at home and abroad; secondly, briefly summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of training; Thirdly, select the Jiangxi Branch of Z Bank as a case study, through the current situation of the bank staff training system investigation, find out the current Z Bank employee training system problems, and in-depth analysis of these problems, Finally, according to the analysis of the problems and reasons of Z Bank employee training system, combined with the actual situation of Z Bank, The path of optimizing Z bank employee training system is put forward. Through this research, the author aims to further optimize the staff training system of Z Bank, and provide solid intellectual support and talent security for promoting the development of Z Bank's various business. At the same time, it also provides some reference for other banks in the establishment and improvement of staff training system.
