【摘要】:縱觀當(dāng)今全球市場(chǎng),企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)單純追求經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的時(shí)代已經(jīng)一去不復(fù)返,伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人民生活水平的提高,原有的粗放式經(jīng)營(yíng)已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)質(zhì)量日益高漲的需求,企業(yè)是否切實(shí)承擔(dān)了社會(huì)責(zé)任已成為評(píng)價(jià)企業(yè)的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)。商業(yè)銀行是特殊的金融企業(yè),不僅因?yàn)樗慕?jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)象和內(nèi)容,也因?yàn)樗鼘?duì)社會(huì)的巨大影響力,所以,商業(yè)銀行一旦沒有履行好社會(huì)責(zé)任,所帶來的負(fù)面影響將是不可估量的。但是目前商業(yè)銀行在經(jīng)營(yíng)中卻經(jīng)常被曝光效率低下、收費(fèi)過高、存在安全隱患等問題,這引發(fā)了民眾的抱怨和不滿。在這種現(xiàn)狀下,研究商業(yè)銀行社會(huì)責(zé)任方面的相關(guān)問題無疑是非常有必要的。從理論上來說,在短期內(nèi),由于必須要將部分資源用于不以營(yíng)利為目的的活動(dòng)中,商業(yè)銀行的績(jī)效會(huì)受到影響而下滑,但在長(zhǎng)期,商業(yè)銀行履行社會(huì)責(zé)任可以強(qiáng)化其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,帶來績(jī)效持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的增長(zhǎng),所以總體看來,商業(yè)銀行履行社會(huì)責(zé)任對(duì)其績(jī)效的影響呈現(xiàn)出的是U型趨勢(shì)。本文首先采用國(guó)際上比較前沿的EVA模型評(píng)估了我國(guó)16家上市商業(yè)銀行的績(jī)效,并得出了橫向及縱向的直觀結(jié)果,然后根據(jù)利益相關(guān)者理論,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)包括五個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和15個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)在內(nèi)的商業(yè)銀行社會(huì)責(zé)任評(píng)價(jià)框架,并通過層次分析法確定了各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,用其評(píng)價(jià)了我國(guó)上市商業(yè)銀行的社會(huì)責(zé)任履行情況。最后,本文利用Eviews軟件將所得出的商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效和社會(huì)責(zé)任得分進(jìn)行了二次回歸,得出了支持本文關(guān)于履行社會(huì)責(zé)任對(duì)商業(yè)銀行績(jī)效會(huì)產(chǎn)生U型影響假設(shè)的結(jié)論。本文可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,目前關(guān)于我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行社會(huì)責(zé)任的研究文獻(xiàn)里,多為兩者間關(guān)系的理論分析,或是證明履行社會(huì)責(zé)任是否會(huì)對(duì)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生正向影響,較少提到兩者間的U型關(guān)系。本文通過二次函數(shù)回歸,證明了在我國(guó)的上市商業(yè)銀行中,的確存在著這種先降后升的趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Looking at the global market today, the era of enterprise management simply pursuing economic benefits has gone by forever. With the development of the economy and the improvement of the people's living standards, The original extensive operation has been unable to adapt to the increasing demand of the market for the quality of enterprise management. Whether the enterprise has taken on social responsibility or not has become an important index to evaluate the enterprise. Commercial bank is a special financial enterprise, not only because of its business object and content, but also because of its great influence on society. Therefore, once commercial bank fails to fulfill its social responsibility, the negative impact will be inestimable. However, at present, commercial banks are often exposed to low efficiency, high fees, security risks and other problems, which has caused complaints and dissatisfaction. In this situation, it is undoubtedly necessary to study the social responsibility of commercial banks. In theory, in the short term, the performance of commercial banks will suffer as a result of the need to devote part of their resources to non-profit activities, but in the long run, The performance of social responsibility of commercial banks can strengthen their core competitiveness and bring sustained and stable growth of performance, so generally speaking, the impact of fulfilling social responsibility of commercial banks on their performance shows a trend of U-type. This paper first evaluates the performance of 16 listed commercial banks in China by using the EVA model, which is relatively advanced in the world, and obtains both horizontal and vertical visual results, and then according to stakeholder theory, This paper constructs a framework of social responsibility evaluation of commercial banks, which includes five first-grade indicators and 15 second-level indicators, and determines the weights of each index by AHP, and evaluates the social responsibility performance of listed commercial banks in China. Finally, this paper uses Eviews software to get the commercial bank performance and social responsibility score quadratic regression, and draws a conclusion that the performance of social responsibility will have a U-shaped impact on the performance of commercial banks. The possible innovation of this paper is that, in the current research literature on the social responsibility of commercial banks in China, most of them are theoretical analysis of the relationship between the two, or prove whether the performance of social responsibility will have a positive impact on performance. Less mention is made of the U-type relationship between the two. Through quadratic function regression, this paper proves that there is a tendency of decline first and then rise in China's listed commercial banks.
