【摘要】：商業(yè)銀行對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到重要的作用,由商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的定位不當(dāng)而引發(fā)的金融危機(jī)的例子不在少數(shù)。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)下行,汽車(chē)、石化、能源等主要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、銷(xiāo)量下滑、增速放緩、效益下降等困難局面,部分企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況惡化,還款能力下降。這給商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展面臨傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)增長(zhǎng)乏力、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)接續(xù)斷檔的雙重發(fā)展困境,實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模大幅擴(kuò)張和利潤(rùn)快速增長(zhǎng)面臨較大困難。商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究也越來(lái)越受到專家學(xué)者以及社會(huì)大眾的重視。目前,銀行業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境面臨前所未有的壓力,而且短期內(nèi)難以扭轉(zhuǎn)。對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行來(lái)說(shuō),再不進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型就要面臨難以生存的問(wèn)題。發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究應(yīng)該運(yùn)行于銀行的所有結(jié)構(gòu)層次、經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程和活動(dòng)中,是為保障業(yè)務(wù)正常開(kāi)展所制定的相互補(bǔ)充、相互制約、協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作的行為規(guī)范和監(jiān)督機(jī)制。商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展,中小型商業(yè)銀行能否平穩(wěn)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融體系的重要影響因素。但是,隨著國(guó)家對(duì)利率以及市場(chǎng)政策的變化,商業(yè)銀行面臨的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展問(wèn)題也逐漸成為商業(yè)銀行乃至國(guó)有銀行共同的難題,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的越來(lái)越激烈,商業(yè)銀行已不再是過(guò)去穩(wěn)賺的行業(yè),隨著而來(lái)的優(yōu)勝劣汰,這也使得銀行業(yè),尤其是商業(yè)銀行,對(duì)于發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究更加重視,有利于商業(yè)銀行在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方面更好的解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。以L商業(yè)銀行為典型案例,以發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為主線,對(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。對(duì)如何更行之有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出建議倡導(dǎo)建立良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境,使商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的理念不僅僅是一句口號(hào),也深入到商業(yè)銀行員工的意識(shí)和實(shí)際行動(dòng)中,打造出更為專業(yè)化、素質(zhì)高的管理隊(duì)伍。為今后面對(duì)更為激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)建立基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合“發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略”的研究?jī)?nèi)容,同時(shí),提出了自己的看法,以便對(duì)L商業(yè)銀行的管理者提供理論上的參考。本文首先對(duì)中小商業(yè)銀行所存在的背景、所面臨的環(huán)境以及存在的問(wèn)題等方面進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)行業(yè)普遍存在的問(wèn)題,歸類(lèi)總結(jié),找出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的方法,利用SWOT模型分析,從存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與挑戰(zhàn)方面進(jìn)行梳理,并通過(guò)行之有效的方法和策略,適時(shí)調(diào)整L商業(yè)銀行的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和管理能力。
[Abstract]:Commercial banks play an important role in the economic development of our country. The financial crisis caused by the improper positioning of the development strategy of commercial banks is not rare. With the development of society and the sustained downward trend of the macro economy, the development of major pillar industries, such as automobiles, petrochemicals, and energy, presents a difficult situation, such as overcapacity, declining sales volume, slowing growth, declining efficiency, and so on. Some enterprises' operating conditions have deteriorated. The ability to repay is declining. This makes the development of commercial bank business facing the traditional industry growth lacklustre, emerging industries continue to break the dual development dilemma, the realization of large-scale expansion and rapid growth of profits facing greater difficulties. The development strategy research of commercial bank is paid more and more attention by experts and scholars as well as the general public. At present, the operating environment of the banking industry is facing unprecedented pressure, and it is difficult to reverse in the short term. For commercial banks, it is difficult to survive without transformation. The development strategy research should run in all the structure levels, management process and activities of the bank. It is a mutual complementary, mutually restricting and coordinated behavior standard and supervision mechanism to ensure the normal development of the business. The development of commercial banks and the smooth development of small and medium-sized commercial banks have become an important influence factor on our country's economy and financial system. However, with the change of national interest rate and market policy, the strategic development problem faced by commercial banks has gradually become a common problem for commercial banks and even state-owned banks, and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. Commercial banks are no longer a stable industry in the past. With the survival of the fittest, this has also made the banks, especially commercial banks, pay more attention to the study of development strategies. Commercial banks in the management of better solutions to practical problems. Take L commercial bank as the typical case, take the development strategy as the main line, carries on the analysis to the present situation. The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to establish a good development environment so that the concept of the development strategy of commercial banks is not only a slogan, but also goes deep into the awareness and practical actions of the employees of commercial banks. To create a more professional, high quality management team. In order to establish the foundation for facing more intense international competition in the future, combined with the research content of "development strategy", the author puts forward his own views in order to provide theoretical reference to the managers of L commercial bank. In this paper, the background, environment and problems of small and medium-sized commercial banks are analyzed. According to the common problems in the industry, the methods of development strategy are found out, and the SWOT model is used to analyze them. From the aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, and through effective methods and strategies, timely adjustment of L commercial bank's strategic objectives and management ability.
