【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟進入新常態(tài),金融安全問題也日益突出。中央對金融安全高度重視,將金融安全作為國家安全的重要組成部分。在經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下,我國金融市場的銀行、證券、保險等領域存在一定的風險,銀行經(jīng)營方式轉型、金融市場證券化、保險市場整頓帶來了安全隱患。要構建金融風險防范機制,建立起金融市場準入機制、監(jiān)管機制、危機防范機制,并在此基礎上創(chuàng)新金融風險防范途徑,通過做好金融服務、提高金融業(yè)轉型力度、構建風險防范體系、引入CCP機制,使經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下金融安全問題得到妥善解決。
[Abstract]:With China's economy entering a new normal state, the problem of financial security is also increasingly prominent. The Central Committee attaches great importance to financial security and takes financial security as an important part of national security. Under the new normal state of the economy, there are certain risks in the fields of banking, securities, insurance and other fields in the financial market, the transformation of the way of banking operation, and the securitization of the financial market. The reorganization of the insurance market has brought the hidden danger of security. We should build the mechanism of financial risk prevention, establish the access mechanism of the financial market, the regulatory mechanism, the crisis prevention mechanism, and innovate the ways to prevent the financial risk. By doing well the financial services, improving the transformation of the financial industry, constructing the risk prevention system and introducing the CCP mechanism to make the economy new and common. In the state of financial security, the problem of financial security is properly solved.
