【摘要】：《網絡安全法》中關于數據跨境流動的內容引起了廣泛的關注和討論。實際上,許多國家和地區(qū)都對數據跨境流動采取了不同程度和形式的規(guī)制�；诖�,分析了數據跨境流動的緣由,整理、對比和總結了不同國家、地區(qū)的相關規(guī)制和企業(yè)的實踐經驗。提出企業(yè)可以采取本地化、業(yè)務調整等策略來應對數據跨境流動規(guī)制,建議政府可以通過授權、分類管理等促進數據跨境流動規(guī)制目標的實現(xiàn)并降低其對經濟的負面影響。
[Abstract]:The contents of the cybersecurity law on the cross-border flow of data have attracted extensive attention and discussion. In fact, many countries and regions have adopted different degrees and forms of regulation on cross-border data flow. Based on this, this paper analyzes the reason of the cross-border data flow, collates, compares and summarizes the relevant regulations of different countries and regions and the practical experience of enterprises. The paper puts forward that enterprises can adopt localization, business adjustment and other strategies to deal with the regulation of cross-border data flow, and suggests that the government can promote the realization of the regulation goal of cross-border data flow and reduce its negative impact on the economy through authorization, classification management and so on.
