【摘要】:近年來,隨著利率市場化節(jié)奏和金融市場開放節(jié)奏的進一步加快,國內(nèi)外宏觀經(jīng)濟環(huán)境相對從緊,我國銀行業(yè)競爭愈演愈烈。對于我國銀行業(yè)而言,不僅要面對來自國內(nèi)同業(yè)的競爭,而且又要面對經(jīng)驗豐富的外資銀行的挑戰(zhàn),競爭形勢十分嚴峻。全國性股份制商業(yè)銀行作為我國銀行業(yè)的中堅力量,需要積極適應(yīng)內(nèi)外部形勢變化,加快提升財務(wù)競爭力對全國性股份制商業(yè)銀行來說刻不容緩。興業(yè)銀行從建行至今,短短28年間經(jīng)歷了從更名到引資再到并購最終實現(xiàn)上市的迅速成長,穩(wěn)居全球銀行前50強之列,其經(jīng)營業(yè)績和資產(chǎn)規(guī)模的快速發(fā)展在全國范圍內(nèi)開展商業(yè)金融業(yè)務(wù)的股份制銀行中較有代表性。當(dāng)前,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者們對于財務(wù)競爭力的探討依然處在理論探索層面,關(guān)于財務(wù)競爭力的評價主要集中于制造企業(yè),而對于商業(yè)銀行這一類特殊性質(zhì)的企業(yè)探討較少,理論與實踐研究的脫節(jié)現(xiàn)象阻礙了商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)競爭力的進一步提升。財務(wù)競爭力是核心競爭力在財務(wù)方面的表現(xiàn),其直接影響商業(yè)銀行在復(fù)雜經(jīng)濟環(huán)境中的發(fā)展,鑒于興業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型之際注重財務(wù)競爭力的發(fā)展策略,關(guān)于其財務(wù)競爭力的評價研究對全國性股份制商業(yè)銀行具有重要價值和意義。面對國內(nèi)外眾多銀行的激烈競爭壓力,財務(wù)競爭力的提升是興業(yè)銀行完成經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型的后續(xù)力量。本文結(jié)合與財務(wù)競爭力評價相關(guān)的理論,從影響財務(wù)競爭力三個要素入手,以規(guī)范性研究為主,從資本資產(chǎn)實力、盈利發(fā)展能力、風(fēng)險管理能力出發(fā)設(shè)置9個指標(biāo),利用因子分析法評價結(jié)果客觀的優(yōu)點來對興業(yè)銀行財務(wù)競爭力情況進行測評。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),興業(yè)銀行的財務(wù)競爭能力在13家全國性股份制商業(yè)銀行中處于中游水平,其經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略的實施效果并不突出,尤其在中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展速度方面有待提高,但其“控新與降舊”的風(fēng)險管理策略成效顯著且值得推廣。針對興業(yè)銀行財務(wù)競爭力的優(yōu)劣勢,提出了增強其財務(wù)競爭能力的建議,這也為同業(yè)銀行提供了參考,對其今后財務(wù)競爭能力的提升具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further acceleration of the pace of interest rate liberalization and the opening of financial market, the macroeconomic environment at home and abroad is relatively tight, and the competition of our banking industry is becoming more and more intense. For China's banking industry, the competition not only comes from domestic banks, but also from experienced foreign banks. The competition situation is very severe. As the backbone of China's banking industry, the national joint-stock commercial banks need to adapt to the changes of internal and external situations, and accelerate the promotion of financial competitiveness for the national joint-stock commercial banks without delay. From CCB to now, Industrial Bank has experienced a rapid growth from changing its name to introducing capital to mergers and acquisitions, ranking among the top 50 banks in the world in a short period of 28 years. The rapid development of its business performance and asset scale is more representative in the joint-stock banks that carry out commercial and financial business in the whole country. At present, scholars at home and abroad are still in the theoretical level of the discussion of financial competitiveness, the evaluation of financial competitiveness is mainly focused on manufacturing enterprises, but for the commercial banks of this kind of special nature of enterprises to discuss less. The disconnection between theory and practice hinders the further improvement of financial competitiveness of commercial banks. Financial competitiveness is the performance of core competitiveness in finance, which directly affects the development of commercial banks in the complex economic environment. The evaluation of its financial competitiveness is of great value and significance to the national joint-stock commercial banks. In the face of the fierce competition pressure of many banks at home and abroad, the promotion of financial competitiveness is the subsequent strength of Societe Generale Bank to complete the operation transformation. Based on the theories related to the evaluation of financial competitiveness, this paper starts with the three factors of influencing financial competitiveness, focusing on normative research, setting up nine indicators from the strength of capital assets, the ability of profit development and the ability of risk management. Factor analysis is used to evaluate the financial competitiveness of Societe Generale Bank. It is found that the financial competitiveness of SocGen Bank is in the middle of the 13 national joint-stock commercial banks, and the effect of its operation transformation strategy is not outstanding, especially the development speed of intermediate business needs to be improved. But its risk management strategy of "controlling new and reducing old" is effective and worth popularizing. In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the financial competitiveness of Societe Generale Bank, this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance its financial competitiveness, which provides a reference for the interbank banks, and has reference significance for the enhancement of its financial competitiveness in the future.
