【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,人們的投資積極性不斷提升,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的金融理財(cái)提出了更高的要求。我國金融市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展使得商業(yè)銀行之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇,各銀行紛紛開始在個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)方面展開激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。郵儲(chǔ)銀行Y分行近些年來在個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)方面不斷加大投入,搶占市場(chǎng)先機(jī)以獲得高額收益,這也是當(dāng)前我國大多商業(yè)銀行普遍采取的主要發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略之一。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、定性分析法、調(diào)查分析法等,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行分析和研究,并對(duì)郵儲(chǔ)銀行Y分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行多方面的分析,指出其存在的各項(xiàng)缺陷。并結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國金融市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展環(huán)境,從郵儲(chǔ)銀行Y分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、客戶管理維護(hù)管理、理財(cái)產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)、市場(chǎng)營銷等多個(gè)角度出發(fā),提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化對(duì)策,以期全面促進(jìn)郵儲(chǔ)銀行Y分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,使其能夠在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。最后,本文從文化品牌、組織、制度、資源等方面提出相應(yīng)的保障性措施,以保證郵儲(chǔ)銀行Y分行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略的順利實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society, people's enthusiasm for investment has been improved constantly, which puts forward higher requirements for the financial management of commercial banks. With the development of financial market in China, the competition between commercial banks is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, Y branch of Postal savings Bank has been increasing investment in personal finance business, preempting the market to obtain high profits, which is one of the main development strategies that most commercial banks in our country generally adopt at present. Through literature research, qualitative analysis, investigation and analysis, this paper analyzes and studies the relevant theories of personal finance business of commercial banks. This paper also analyzes the present situation and problems of personal finance business in Y branch of Postal savings Bank, and points out its defects. Combined with the current development environment of the financial market in our country, from the current situation of personal finance business development of Postal savings Bank Y Branch, and from the risk prevention, customer management and maintenance management, financial products and services, marketing and other perspectives, The corresponding improvement and optimization countermeasures are put forward in order to promote the development of personal finance business of Postal savings Bank Y Branch in an all-round way so that it can keep competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of cultural brand, organization, system, resources and so on, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of personal finance business development strategy of Y branch of Postal savings Bank.
