【摘要】:我國銀行業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu)“重貸輕管”的貸后管理問題普遍存在,未能建立起真正適應(yīng)貸款快速增長的管理體系。在當(dāng)前金融業(yè)快速發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下,貸后管理問題已經(jīng)成為制約金融機(jī)構(gòu)健康發(fā)展的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。汽車金融作為銀行業(yè)的一個分支,隨著近幾年汽車行業(yè)地快速增長,汽車金融業(yè)信貸資產(chǎn)規(guī)模實現(xiàn)了跨越式地發(fā)展,但汽車金融業(yè)在我國起步較晚,加之當(dāng)前我國信用體系建設(shè)不完善,汽車金融業(yè)不良資產(chǎn)增長速度也令人警覺,貸后管理問題正逐漸受到汽車金融業(yè)的廣泛關(guān)注。從國外汽車金融業(yè)發(fā)展歷史經(jīng)驗來看,隨著國民汽車普及率地提升,汽車金融貸款業(yè)務(wù)會得到更大的發(fā)展機(jī)會,我國汽車金融預(yù)期未來還會有更廣闊的發(fā)展空間。如果國內(nèi)汽車金融機(jī)構(gòu)貸后管理短板問題不能解決,從短期看,會影響汽車金融機(jī)構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展信心,不敢期許更高的增長速度。從長遠(yuǎn)來看,會影響汽車金融業(yè)信貸資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和經(jīng)營效益,甚至?xí)璧K國內(nèi)汽車金融業(yè)健康持續(xù)經(jīng)營發(fā)展,失去對外資汽車金融機(jī)構(gòu)的競爭優(yōu)勢。貸后管理模式的優(yōu)劣、貸后管理效率高低已經(jīng)成為汽車金融業(yè)務(wù)核心競爭力的體現(xiàn),國內(nèi)汽車金融機(jī)構(gòu)如何能夠在激烈競爭中勝出,優(yōu)秀的貸后管理體系是其根本所在,不斷提升貸后管理水平應(yīng)是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。因此,要通過完善改進(jìn)貸后管理機(jī)制,不斷總結(jié)歸納當(dāng)前汽車金融業(yè)務(wù)貸后管理中出現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)象和問題,學(xué)習(xí)業(yè)內(nèi)優(yōu)質(zhì)機(jī)構(gòu)的管理經(jīng)驗,找到提升解決之道,才能不斷提高汽車金融公司整體經(jīng)營管理能力和競爭水平。本文首先通過分析貸后管理方面的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料,從一般到個別的演繹過程,概述了中外銀行業(yè)關(guān)于貸后管理一般理論和研究成果,及貸后管理相關(guān)內(nèi)容所涉及的理論,分別進(jìn)行對比和評價,找到汽車金融個人業(yè)務(wù)貸后管理問題的研究思路。本文以一汽汽車金融有限公司的個人業(yè)務(wù)貸后管理作為研究對象,通過歸納外資金融公司當(dāng)前的貸后管理特點(diǎn),以及一汽金融當(dāng)前業(yè)務(wù)模式特征,懫用了文獻(xiàn)分析、案例分析等方法,并結(jié)合本職工作經(jīng)驗、資料分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對一汽金融個人業(yè)務(wù)貸后管理中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題及內(nèi)外部原因進(jìn)行分析,最后提出了對應(yīng)的改進(jìn)策略以及相關(guān)保障措施。根據(jù)本文的研究結(jié)果,認(rèn)為一汽金融應(yīng)立足于汽車金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的長遠(yuǎn)利益,高度重視貸后管理工作,不斷歸納總結(jié)以往業(yè)務(wù)出現(xiàn)的問題,同時汲取外資金融公司管理優(yōu)勢,逐步提升貸后管理水平,追趕當(dāng)前汽車金融業(yè)快速發(fā)展、激烈競爭潮流。本文從貸后檢查、貸后催收及資產(chǎn)處置三個方面對一汽金融當(dāng)前貸后管理進(jìn)行流程改造及改進(jìn)設(shè)想,提出自己的見解,并從加快貸后管理制度建設(shè)、設(shè)立貸后管理風(fēng)險預(yù)警機(jī)制、建設(shè)優(yōu)秀貸后管理隊伍、建立有效的貸后管理激勵機(jī)制等方面提出改進(jìn)策略的具體解決方法和措施。
[Abstract]:The post-loan management of the banking institutions in our country is so serious that it is difficult to set up a management system that can adapt to the rapid growth of loans.In the current environment of rapid development of financial industry, post-loan management has become a weak link restricting the healthy development of financial institutions.Automobile finance as a branch of banking, with the rapid growth of automobile industry in recent years, the scale of credit assets of auto finance industry has developed by leaps and bounds, but the auto finance industry started late in our country.In addition, the construction of credit system in our country is not perfect at present, and the growth rate of non-performing assets in automobile financial industry is also alarming, and the problem of post-loan management is gradually being paid more and more attention to by automobile finance industry.From the historical experience of the development of foreign auto finance industry, with the increase of national automobile popularization rate, the auto finance loan business will get greater development opportunity, and the automobile finance of our country will have a broader development space in the future.If domestic auto financial institutions can not solve the problem of short board management after lending, in the short run, it will affect the confidence of auto financial institutions in the development of their business, and they will not dare to expect a higher growth rate.In the long run, it will affect the quality of the credit assets and the operating efficiency of the auto finance industry, even hinder the healthy and sustainable development of the domestic auto finance industry, and lose the competitive advantage to the foreign automobile financial institutions.The advantages and disadvantages of the post-loan management mode and the efficiency of post-loan management have become the embodiment of the core competitiveness of automotive financial business. How can domestic automobile financial institutions win in the fierce competition?Improving the level of management after the loan should be the top priority.Therefore, we should improve the post-loan management mechanism, continue to sum up the current phenomenon and problems in the post-loan management of automotive financial business, learn the management experience of high-quality institutions in the industry, and find a way to improve the solution.Only then can the automobile finance company's whole management ability and the competition level be improved continuously.Firstly, through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature on post-loan management, from general to individual deductive process, this paper summarizes the general theory and research results of post-loan management in Chinese and foreign banks, as well as the theories involved in the relevant contents of post-loan management.Compare and evaluate separately, find the research train of thought of personal business loan management of automobile finance.This paper takes the personal business post-loan management of FAW Automotive Finance Co., Ltd. as the research object, through summing up the characteristics of the current post-loan management of foreign financial companies and the characteristics of FAW Financial's current business model, using the literature analysis.Case analysis and other methods, combined with their own work experience, on the basis of data analysis, FAW financial personal business management after the problems found and internal and external reasons are analyzed.Finally, the corresponding improvement strategy and related safeguard measures are put forward.According to the research results of this paper, it is considered that FAW should base itself on the long-term interests of the development of auto finance business, attach great importance to the post-loan management work, continuously sum up the problems existing in the past business, and draw on the management advantages of foreign financial companies at the same time.Step by step improve the level of management after loans, catch up with the current rapid development of the automotive financial industry, fierce competition trend.In this paper, the author puts forward his own opinions on the reform and improvement of FAW's current post-loan management from the aspects of post-loan inspection, post-loan collection and asset disposal, and puts forward its own views, and puts forward its own views on speeding up the construction of post-loan management system.To set up the risk warning mechanism of post-loan management, to build an excellent post-loan management team, to establish an effective post-loan management incentive mechanism, and to put forward specific solutions and measures to improve the strategy.
