【摘要】：本文從合理渠道與非法隱形渠道角度提出了計(jì)算中國短期資本流動(dòng)量的方法;借鑒水庫模型,將資本流動(dòng)劃分為五種測度區(qū)間,并提出了相應(yīng)測度區(qū)間控制短期資本流量與流速的思路;在研究了短期資本流入對經(jīng)濟(jì)影響有時(shí)間滯后性的基礎(chǔ)上,本文建立了經(jīng)濟(jì)周期不同節(jié)點(diǎn)與短期資本流入的匹配關(guān)系以及控制短期資本流動(dòng)的組合思想與方式.最后,在分析與統(tǒng)計(jì)中國數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,預(yù)測了目標(biāo)年度中國短期資本流動(dòng)水平與異常情況,提出了控制中國短期資本異常流動(dòng)的建議.
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward a method to calculate the short-term capital flow in China from the angle of reasonable channel and illegal hidden channel, and divides the capital flow into five measuring intervals by using the reservoir model for reference.At the same time, the paper puts forward the idea of controlling the short-term capital flow and velocity by the corresponding measure interval, and on the basis of studying the time lag of the short-term capital inflow to the economy,In this paper, the matching relationship between different nodes of business cycle and short-term capital inflow is established, as well as the combination of ideas and ways to control short-term capital flows.Finally, based on the analysis and statistics of China's data, the paper forecasts the level and abnormal situation of China's short-term capital flows in the target year, and puts forward some suggestions for controlling the abnormal short-term capital flows in China.
