利率市場化背景下商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素的研究

【摘要】:從2003年我國銀行業(yè)改革以來,我國銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展水平及盈利情況始終處于各行業(yè)前列,商業(yè)銀行不良貸款率始終保持在較低水平,總體運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。但是,近幾年,隨著利率市場化的推進(jìn)、以突破存款管制為主要?jiǎng)恿Φ你y行理財(cái)及余額寶等金融創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品迅猛發(fā)展、國企改革和地方政府債務(wù)管理規(guī)范的出臺(tái)使商業(yè)銀行資金供給及信貸需求逐年回落。商業(yè)銀行的利潤來源面臨很大挑戰(zhàn)。以2014年為例,商業(yè)銀行(包括大型商業(yè)銀行、股份制商業(yè)銀行、城市商業(yè)銀行、農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行和外資銀行)總資產(chǎn)、年凈利潤增速均在下降。國內(nèi)外已有很多學(xué)者對商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)渠道進(jìn)行研究,如收購非銀行企業(yè)、兼并同業(yè)銀行、拓展非銀行業(yè)務(wù)及調(diào)整商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)等。本文從商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)這個(gè)角度入手,深入剖析商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)對商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的作用機(jī)制,分析商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素,試圖定量分析商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)與各影響因素之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系。當(dāng)前學(xué)者們對商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素的分析主要是從利差角度、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融、金融脫媒的角度,定性靜態(tài)的分析?紤]到當(dāng)前我國商業(yè)銀行的收入主要為利差收入,結(jié)合我國近期加快推進(jìn)的利率市場化政策,本文試圖從理論及實(shí)證兩方面,著重討論利率市場化政策對商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響作用。本文建立了利率市場化政策對商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)、商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)對銀行經(jīng)營目標(biāo)影響的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制。本文選取全國275家商業(yè)銀行2005-2014年的數(shù)據(jù)對大型商業(yè)銀行及中小型商業(yè)銀行分別進(jìn)行面板數(shù)據(jù)的固定效應(yīng)模型分析,探討利率市場化推進(jìn)對商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)整體結(jié)構(gòu)及表內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)(客戶規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu))的影響作用。結(jié)果顯示,利率市場化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)對于商業(yè)銀行的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)具有顯著影響。對大型商業(yè)銀行與中小型商業(yè)銀行而言,利率市場化對其業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響有所不同。一方面,利率市場化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)對大型商業(yè)銀行的整體業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)具有顯著影響,對于其表內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)(客戶結(jié)構(gòu))影響并不顯著。另一方面,利率市場化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)對中小型商業(yè)銀行的表內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)具有顯著影響,對于其整體業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)影響并不顯著。本文認(rèn)為,利率市場化會(huì)通過價(jià)格機(jī)制為商業(yè)銀行形成兩種利潤增長途徑,即發(fā)展表外業(yè)務(wù)及通過開發(fā)中小型客戶深化發(fā)展表內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)。面對兩種利潤增長途徑,大型商業(yè)銀行側(cè)重于發(fā)展表外業(yè)務(wù),而中小型商業(yè)銀行側(cè)重于深化發(fā)展表內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)。利率市場化政策的推進(jìn)形成的以發(fā)展表外業(yè)務(wù)及中小微型客戶的多元化業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu),通過商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)對商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營目標(biāo)影響的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制,會(huì)對商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營目標(biāo)產(chǎn)生以下影響:通過效率傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)的效應(yīng),提升現(xiàn)有資產(chǎn)的運(yùn)作效率;不利于實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),將提高單位放款資金的管理成本及信息成本。由于表外業(yè)務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)換成本低、業(yè)務(wù)開展期初成本大、監(jiān)管體系并不完善,以發(fā)展表外業(yè)務(wù)為主的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)具有更高的不穩(wěn)定性,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高,不利于商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn);而表外業(yè)務(wù)不受利率波動(dòng)的影響,該業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)將降低銀行面臨的利率不穩(wěn)定帶來的相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Since 2003, China's banking industry reform, development level and profitability of China's banking industry has always been in the forefront of the industry, commercial banks non-performing loan rate has remained at a low level, the overall smooth operation. However, in recent years, with the advance of interest rate market, in order to break through the deposit control as the main driving force of financial the balance of treasure and other financial products and rapid development, the reform of state-owned enterprises and local government debt management regulations of the introduction to the commercial bank capital supply and demand for credit fall each year. The profits of commercial banks are facing great challenges. In 2014, commercial banks (including large commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks, city commercial banks, rural commercial banks and foreign banks) total assets, net profit growth rate in the fall. The channel to achieve many scholars at home and abroad to the commercial bank business objectives of the research, such as the acquisition of Non bank corporate mergers, banks, non banking business expansion and adjustment of business structure of commercial banks. This paper from the angle of commercial banking structure, in-depth analysis of the mechanism of commercial bank business structure of commercial banks target, analysis of commercial banking structure factors, tries to analyze the relationship between the quantitative factors of commercial bank the business structure and the influence. The analysis of the factors influencing the scholars on the business structure of commercial banks is mainly from the angle of spread, Internet banking, financial disintermediation, qualitative analysis of static. Considering the current income of commercial banks in China are mainly interest income, interest rate liberalization policy with China in recent years to accelerate. This paper attempts from two aspects of theory and empirical, focuses on the role of the interest rate market policy influence on the business structure of commercial banks of the Wen Jianli. The business structure of commercial banks interest rate policy, the transmission mechanism of influence of business structure of commercial banks on bank operating target. This paper selects the analysis data of 275 commercial banks in 2005-2014 years of large commercial banks and small and medium-sized commercial banks are panel data fixed effects model, to promote the interest rate market of commercial bank the overall structure and the internal structure in the form of business (customer size structure) effect. Results show that promote the interest rate marketization has significant influence on the business structure of commercial banks. The large commercial banks and small and medium-sized commercial banks, the interest rate market impact on its business structure are different. On the one hand, to promote the process of marketization of interest rate has a significant impact on the overall business structure of commercial banks, the balance sheet business structure (customer structure) and influence Not significant. On the other hand, promote the marketization of interest rate has a significant impact on small and medium-sized commercial banks in the form of business structure, business structure for the overall impact is not significant. This paper argues that the interest rate market through price mechanism for commercial banks to form two profit long diameter, namely the development of OBSA and deepening in the form of business development through the development of small and medium-sized customers. In the face of the two profit growth way, large commercial banks focus on developing business, small and medium sized commercial banks focus on the further development in the form of business. The marketization of interest rate policy in the promotion of the formation to the development of diversified business and small and medium micro scale customers of the business structure, through the the transmission mechanism of commercial bank business structure of commercial banks operating target, will produce the following effects on commercial banks efficiency goal: through the transmission mechanism, is conducive to the realization of fan Around the economic effect, improve the operation efficiency of existing assets; not conducive to achieve economies of scale, will improve the management cost and information cost per unit of loan funds. Because the transfer sheet business cost is low, the business cost at the beginning of the period, the supervision system is not perfect, the business structure to develop OBSA mainly has more high stability, high risk, is not conducive to the realization of business objectives of commercial banks; and sheet business is not affected by fluctuations in interest rates, the business structure will reduce banks face interest rate risk of instability related to bring.
