【摘要】：金融集聚是隨著金融業(yè)發(fā)展水平的不斷提高而出現(xiàn)的一種產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)象,金融集聚是一個變化發(fā)展的過程,會隨著金融業(yè)發(fā)展水平的提高而由低級到中級,再由中級到高級的延伸和進(jìn)化的過程,金融集聚的發(fā)展水平也成為衡量一國或地區(qū)現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平發(fā)達(dá)顯著的標(biāo)志,金融集聚發(fā)展的趨勢成為了他們城市發(fā)展的強有力優(yōu)勢和鮮明的行業(yè)特色,是金融業(yè)未來發(fā)展的趨勢。金融集聚發(fā)展程度在不斷升級的變化發(fā)展中也將衍生出金融集聚效益,影響其他行業(yè)和整個國民經(jīng)濟體系的運作,國內(nèi)外諸多研究成果表明金融集聚程度的提升有益于提升金融綜合實力,同時對國民經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級也具有著重要的意義。本次研究選擇金融集聚發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的影響作為探討的主題。首先歸納和概括現(xiàn)有的研究成果,以文獻(xiàn)綜述的形式初步討論金融集聚的內(nèi)涵、效應(yīng)、成因和對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。然后界定了金融集聚的內(nèi)涵與特產(chǎn),同時闡述出金融集聚發(fā)展的影響效應(yīng)和作用途徑,將此與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的動力要素相結(jié)合,形成完善而又嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)慕鹑诩蹖Ξa(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的作用機制,并充分挖掘福建省統(tǒng)計局發(fā)布的官方數(shù)據(jù),在數(shù)據(jù)的支撐下描述了福建省金融業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和金融集聚發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢,以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的現(xiàn)狀與趨勢。本文選擇了代表金融集聚程度和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級水平的合理指標(biāo),構(gòu)建多元回歸分析模型,以福建省統(tǒng)計年鑒上官方數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),做了多元回歸分析,并借助單位根檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗、誤差修正模型和格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗,實證分析福建省金融集聚程度對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的影響。實證結(jié)果證明隨著福建省金融集聚程度的提高,對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的促進(jìn)作用也在逐漸增強,金融集聚效應(yīng)通過資本的高速運作和資金的流動,能夠合理地調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的布局和發(fā)展趨勢。最后,本文在理論基礎(chǔ)和實踐基礎(chǔ)之上,從金融集聚發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),從發(fā)展布局、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、融資租賃、直接融資和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢等角度提出了提出了諸多促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:Financial agglomeration is a kind of industrial development phenomenon which appears with the development level of financial industry. Financial agglomeration is a process of change and development, and it will change from low to middle level with the improvement of financial industry development level. In the process of extension and evolution from intermediate to advanced level, the development level of financial agglomeration has also become a significant symbol of the development of a country or a region's modernization economy. The development trend of financial agglomeration has become the strong advantage and distinct industry characteristic of their urban development, and it is also the trend of the future development of financial industry. The degree of financial agglomeration development will also derive financial agglomeration benefits in the course of the continuous upgrading of the development of financial agglomeration. Affecting the operation of other industries and the whole national economic system, many domestic and foreign research results show that the improvement of financial agglomeration is beneficial to enhance the comprehensive strength of finance. At the same time, it is of great significance to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of national economy. In this study, the influence of the development of financial agglomeration on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is chosen as the topic of discussion. This paper discusses the connotation, effect, cause of formation and influence on industrial structure of financial agglomeration in the form of literature review. Then it defines the connotation and specialty of financial agglomeration, and expounds the influence effect and action way of financial agglomeration development. Combining this with the dynamic elements of industrial structure upgrading, to form a perfect and rigorous mechanism of financial agglomeration on the upgrading of industrial structure, and to fully excavate the official data released by Fujian Bureau of Statistics. Based on the data, the paper describes the current situation of financial industry development and financial agglomeration in Fujian Province. And the present situation and trend of the upgrading of industrial structure. This paper selects the reasonable indexes representing the degree of financial agglomeration and the level of upgrading of industrial structure, and constructs a multivariate regression model, which is based on the official data in the Statistical Yearbook of Fujian Province. With the help of unit root test, cointegration test, error correction model and Granger causality test, Empirical analysis on the impact of financial agglomeration on the upgrading of industrial structure in Fujian Province. The empirical results show that with the increase of financial agglomeration in Fujian Province, the promotion effect of financial agglomeration on the upgrading of industrial structure is gradually enhanced. The effect of financial agglomeration can adjust the layout and development trend of industrial structure reasonably through the high-speed operation of capital and the flow of capital. Finally, based on the theory and practice, this paper starts from the perspective of the development of financial agglomeration. From the perspective of development layout, infrastructure, financial leasing, direct financing and location advantages, this paper puts forward many development suggestions to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
