供給側(cè)改革進程中我國商業(yè)銀行盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)型創(chuàng)新研究:方法與路徑

【摘要】:隨著我國供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的不斷深入,商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)的以利差收入為主的盈利模式過于單一,其服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟的功能在不斷地弱化,并且所帶來的收益也在不斷地減少,這種盈利模式不再適應(yīng)目前的市場需求以及商業(yè)銀行自身的發(fā)展,盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)型尤為迫切。商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)回歸到服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟,化被動為主動,以國家政策為引導(dǎo),積極布局供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,研究并分析市場上涌現(xiàn)出的金融服務(wù)需求,從而摸索出自身盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)型方向。本文首先介紹研究的背景、研究的目的及意義、研究的方法等,再結(jié)合對國內(nèi)外研究的總結(jié)和相關(guān)理論分析,得出本文研究的創(chuàng)新之處,商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變以往從自身角度出發(fā),以服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟為核心來進行商業(yè)銀行盈利模式的探索。然后從供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革和商業(yè)銀行之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系入手,深入分析商業(yè)銀行在我國供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革中所起到的作用,以及供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革如何更好地助力商業(yè)銀行盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)型,從而得出供給側(cè)改革是商業(yè)銀行進行盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)型的重要契機。在得出兩者間的聯(lián)系后,本文主要分析商業(yè)銀行的盈利模式,通過分析商業(yè)銀行所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,同時根據(jù)上市商業(yè)銀行的年報數(shù)據(jù)計算9年間我國利息收入占比和非利息收入占比的變化情況等相關(guān)比率來綜合判斷出我國商業(yè)銀行盈利模式的現(xiàn)狀及自身存在的問題,問題在于金融產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)同質(zhì)化明顯、金融產(chǎn)品比較優(yōu)勢弱化以及服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟的功能弱化。本文的關(guān)注點在于通過對商業(yè)銀行盈利模式創(chuàng)新分析,商業(yè)銀行回歸到服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟這一本質(zhì)上來,首先分析商業(yè)銀行在供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的“三去一降一補”中所能夠采取的措施;其次商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)實現(xiàn)差異化競爭,提升區(qū)別于同行的金融產(chǎn)品與服務(wù),打造自己的核心競爭力;同時商業(yè)銀行補足自身短板需要整合多方資源,實現(xiàn)跨界合作。結(jié)合供給側(cè)改革的政策導(dǎo)向來對我國商業(yè)銀行盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)型的路徑方向進行分析,在研究過程中得出了金融創(chuàng)新的想法要貫穿于始終。最后為了能夠更好地保障商業(yè)銀行進行盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)型,要從商業(yè)銀行自身入手,為盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)型打造更好的創(chuàng)新機制。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of supply-side structural reform in our country, the traditional profit mode of commercial banks based on interest rate difference income is too single, the function of its service real economy is continuously weakened, and the income it brings is also decreasing. This kind of profit model is no longer adapted to the current market demand and the development of commercial banks themselves, and the transformation of profit model is particularly urgent. Commercial banks should return to the service entity economy, turn passivity into initiative, and take the national policy as the guide. Active layout of supply-side structural reform, research and analysis of the emerging market demand for financial services, so as to explore the transformation direction of their own profit model. Firstly, this paper introduces the background of the study, the purpose and significance of the study, research methods, etc. Combined with the summary of domestic and foreign research and related theoretical analysis, the paper concludes that the innovation of this paper, commercial banks should change the past from their own point of view, Take the service real economy as the core to carry on the commercial bank profit pattern exploration. Then starts from the supply-side structural reform and the commercial bank internal relation, Deeply analyzing the role of commercial banks in supply-side structural reform in China, and how the supply-side structural reforms can help commercial banks to transform their profit-making mode. It is concluded that supply-side reform is an important opportunity for commercial banks to make a profit model transformation. After getting the connection between the two, this paper mainly analyzes the profit model of commercial banks, and analyzes the internal and external environment of commercial banks. At the same time, according to the annual report data of listed commercial banks, the paper calculates the changes of interest income and non-interest income in China during the past nine years to comprehensively judge the current situation and the existing problems of China's commercial banks' profit model. The problem lies in the obvious homogeneity of financial products and services, the weakening of comparative advantage of financial products and the weakening of the function of service real economy. The essence of commercial banks returning to the service real economy is to first analyze the measures that commercial banks can take in the supply-side structural reform of "three go, one go, one decline and one supplement"; secondly, commercial banks should realize differentiated competition. To enhance the financial products and services that are different from their peers, and to build their own core competitiveness; at the same time, commercial banks need to integrate various resources to complement their own weaknesses. To realize cross-border cooperation and combine the policy orientation of supply-side reform to analyze the path direction of the transformation of commercial banks' profit mode in China. In the course of the research, the idea of financial innovation should run through all the time. Finally, in order to better ensure the commercial banks to make the transformation of profit mode, we should start with the commercial banks themselves, and create a better innovation mechanism for the transformation of the profit model.
