【摘要】：世界貨幣天然具有兩個方面的內(nèi)在矛盾,即所有貨幣都具有的一般矛盾,以及世界貨幣的質(zhì)與量之間的特殊矛盾。第二次世界大戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,美國憑借其強大的經(jīng)濟和軍事實力建立了以美元為核心的世界貨幣體系,注定了美元的世界貨幣地位必然以美國的帝國霸權(quán)為基礎(chǔ)。美元的世界貨幣地位與美國的帝國霸權(quán)互相結(jié)合、互相作用,使得美元資本可以在世界范圍內(nèi)廣泛地進行國際剝削和財富掠奪,這是新帝國主義的重要特征和本質(zhì)。然而,作為主權(quán)貨幣的美元,在執(zhí)行世界貨幣職能時存在著無法解決的內(nèi)在矛盾,這種新帝國主義資本積累模式本身存在的資本邏輯與權(quán)力邏輯之間的矛盾也注定了美元必然走向衰落。
[Abstract]:The world currency naturally has two inherent contradictions, namely, the general contradiction that all currencies have, and the special contradiction between the quality and quantity of the world currency. With its strong economic and military strength, the United States has established a world monetary system with the US dollar at its core. The world monetary status of the United States dollar is bound to be based on the imperial hegemony of the United States. The world monetary status of the dollar and the imperial hegemony of the United States combine and interact with each other. That allows US dollar capital to be widely exploited and plundered around the world, which is an important feature and essence of neo-imperialism. However, as a sovereign currency, the United States dollar, There are insoluble internal contradictions in performing the function of world currency, and the contradiction between capital logic and power logic in the capital accumulation mode of neo-imperialism is doomed to the decline of the dollar.
