我國商業(yè)銀行資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:近年來,受到外部復(fù)雜多變的經(jīng)濟金融形勢和內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)型升級的影響,部分商業(yè)銀行資產(chǎn)規(guī)模、營業(yè)收入及經(jīng)濟利潤不同程度的出現(xiàn)了止?jié)q甚至下滑態(tài)勢,加之金融消費者需求的不斷變化和提升,傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)難以滿足其個性化要求,探索一種相對輕資本占用、高收入回報的發(fā)展模式成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急,資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)在如此背景下順勢而出。2004年,中國光大銀行發(fā)行了國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行首款理財產(chǎn)品,這被視為資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的“開山之作”,此后各商業(yè)銀行紛紛跟進,經(jīng)過十余年的發(fā)展,資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、出口對接、風(fēng)險控制等方面都形成了較為成熟的操作模式,截至2015年6月末,銀行資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)達48.05萬億元,在全部資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)中占比為66.67%,而且這一比例在過去3年來均呈上升趨勢,顯示出了良好的生命力和延展力。資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)為一種輕資本占用業(yè)務(wù),資金來源和所有權(quán)均為金融投資者,商業(yè)銀行僅承擔(dān)管理職責(zé),并收取相應(yīng)的管理費用和業(yè)績報酬,本身不承擔(dān)任何風(fēng)險。這種特殊的產(chǎn)品屬性和模式設(shè)計,不但減輕了商業(yè)銀行的運營成本,豐富了產(chǎn)品體系和業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu),也為其帶來了可觀的利潤收入,客觀上也提高了實體經(jīng)濟的直接融資比重,而這也正是本文的研究意義所在。通過對資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的研究,一方面可以進一步認(rèn)清資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,直面挑戰(zhàn);另一方面,能夠為資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)健發(fā)展提供宏觀的路線引導(dǎo)和微觀的概念代入,推動銀行業(yè)資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)進入2.0發(fā)展新時代。本文對資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的研究,可謂跨度長、寬度廣、角度新,在廣泛吸取前人研究智慧結(jié)晶的基礎(chǔ)上,較系統(tǒng)地對資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展歷程、當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀、操作模式、存在問題、面臨挑戰(zhàn)、轉(zhuǎn)型路徑等進行了全方位的分析研究,相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)詳實、案例真實,一方面對商業(yè)銀行資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,客觀、立體呈現(xiàn)了資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)全維度狀況;另一方面結(jié)合時代特點,從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+思維、凈值化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、剛兌規(guī)則破除、代客本源回歸等方面,闡述了資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的具體切入點導(dǎo)入,路徑清晰明確,可操作性強,對于推動商業(yè)銀行自身內(nèi)涵式增長抑或優(yōu)化收入及利潤結(jié)構(gòu),乃至加快金融體制改革、助推實體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展都具有較強的現(xiàn)實意義.
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of the complex and changeable external economic and financial situation and the internal transformation and upgrading, some commercial banks' assets scale, operating income and economic profits have been increasing or even declining to varying degrees. In addition, with the constant change and promotion of financial consumer demand, it is difficult for traditional products and services to meet their personalized requirements. Therefore, it is urgent to explore a development model of relatively light capital occupation and high income return. In 2004, Everbright Bank of China issued the first wealth management product of domestic commercial banks, which is regarded as a "pioneering act" of asset management business, and commercial banks have followed suit since then. After more than a decade of development, asset management business has formed a more mature operating mode in product research and development, export docking, risk control, etc. By the end of June 2015, bank asset management business had reached 48.05 trillion yuan. Accounts for 66.67% of the total asset management business, and this proportion has been on the rise over the past three years, showing good vitality and extensibility. The source and ownership of the funds are financial investors, and the commercial banks are only responsible for management, and receive the corresponding management fees and performance rewards, without any risk per se. This particular product attribute and pattern design, It not only reduces the operating costs of commercial banks, enriches the product system and business structure, but also brings them considerable profit income, and objectively increases the proportion of direct financing in the real economy. This is exactly the significance of this paper. Through the research of asset management business, on the one hand, we can further understand the current situation of asset management business development and face the challenges; on the other hand, it can help the asset management business to continue. Steady development provides macro-route guidance and micro-concept substitution, and promotes banking asset management business to enter a new era of 2.0 development. The research on asset management business in this paper can be described as long span, wide width and new angle. On the basis of absorbing the wisdom of predecessors widely, this paper systematically analyzes the development course, current situation, operation mode, existing problems, challenges and transition path of asset management business. The relevant data are detailed, the case is true. On the one hand, it analyzes the development course and current situation of asset management business of commercial banks, objectively and stereoscopically presents the full dimensional status of asset management business; on the other hand, it combines the characteristics of the times, From the aspects of Internet thinking, net-value product design, breaking of the rules, and the return of the original source of the client, the paper expounds the specific breakthrough point of the transformation of asset management business, the path is clear and clear, and the operation is strong. It is of great practical significance to promote the implicit growth of commercial banks or to optimize the structure of income and profit, and even to accelerate the reform of financial system, and to boost the development of real economy.
