【摘要】：近年來在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化愈漸加快的背景下,我國(guó)積極引進(jìn)外資,外商直接投資逐年增多,為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)頗多。同時(shí),國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)逐漸加快,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)已然成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力。在此宏觀背景下,關(guān)于外商直接投資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)影響研究的重要性日益凸顯。湖北、江西、湖南三省作為長(zhǎng)江中游城市群主要省份及中部地區(qū)的重要省份,積極引進(jìn)外資和承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,努力推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),利用外商直接投資無論是規(guī)模和質(zhì)量都有了顯著提升,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也日漸優(yōu)化升級(jí)。同時(shí),目前湘鄂贛三省的外商直接投資規(guī)模在我國(guó)的占比仍偏低,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分布方面也不甚合理,湘鄂贛三省在吸收外商直接投資和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面仍有潛力待挖掘。本文對(duì)湘鄂贛三省外商直接投資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進(jìn)行研究,以期豐富該領(lǐng)域的研究并為湘鄂贛三省乃至整個(gè)中部地區(qū)出臺(tái)外商直接投資和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)政策提供政策建議。本文緒論部分首先指出選題的背景和意義,分別從外商直接投資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)正負(fù)影響兩方面梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述,對(duì)外商直接投資和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了界定,簡(jiǎn)述了本文研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法,并指出本文的不足和創(chuàng)新之處。第二章分析了湘鄂贛三省2002-2015年外商直接投資和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展變化態(tài)勢(shì)和特征。第三章通過面板固定效應(yīng)模型及面板VAR模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,指出外商直接投資和全社會(huì)固定資產(chǎn)投資的比值對(duì)湘鄂贛三省的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)呈負(fù)向影響,說明國(guó)內(nèi)其他投資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的促進(jìn)作用已經(jīng)優(yōu)于外商直接投資。第四章提出相關(guān)的對(duì)策建議,如深度融入對(duì)接“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略、加強(qiáng)對(duì)外商直接投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)投向引導(dǎo)、強(qiáng)化外商直接投資的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)、改善外商直接投資環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of accelerating economic globalization, China has been actively introducing foreign investment, and foreign direct investment has increased year by year, which has contributed a lot to the economic development of our country. At the same time, the transformation and upgrading of domestic industrial structure has been gradually accelerated. The transformation and upgrading of industrial structure has become an important driving force of China's economic development. Under this macro background, the importance of the research on the impact of foreign direct investment on the upgrading of industrial structure has become increasingly prominent. The three provinces of Hunan, as the main provinces of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the important provinces in the central region, actively introduce foreign capital and undertake industrial transfer, strive to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, and make use of foreign direct investment (FDI) to improve significantly both the scale and the quality. At the same time, the scale of foreign direct investment in Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces is still on the low side in China, and the distribution of industrial structure is not very reasonable. There is still potential in absorbing FDI and optimizing industrial structure in Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces. This paper studies the influence of FDI on industrial structure in Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces. In order to enrich the research in this field and to provide policy advice for the introduction of FDI and industrial structure policies in Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces and even the whole central region, the introduction part of this paper first points out the background and significance of the topic. From two aspects of the positive and negative effects of FDI on industrial structure upgrading, this paper reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad, defines FDI and industrial structure, and briefly describes the research content and research methods of this paper. The second chapter analyzes the trends and characteristics of the development of FDI and industrial structure in Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces from 2002 to 2015. The third chapter makes an empirical study through panel fixed effect model and panel VAR model. It is pointed out that the ratio of foreign direct investment to social fixed assets investment has a negative effect on the industrial structure of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces. It shows that other domestic investment has been better than foreign direct investment in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. Chapter four puts forward some relevant countermeasures, such as deep integration into the strategy of "Belt and Road", strengthening the industrial direction of foreign direct investment. Strengthen the technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment and improve the environment of foreign direct investment.
