【摘要】：國家中心城市是指居于國家戰(zhàn)略要津、肩負國家使命和引領區(qū)域發(fā)展的區(qū)域經濟中心城市。2017年國家中心城市又新增兩個,至此我國明文確定的國家中心城市共有八個。國家中心城市是當今經濟和社會發(fā)展的新特征,越來越受到政府決策者和科研學者的關注�？紤]到金融是經濟新常態(tài)下國家發(fā)展的核心虛擬資源,金融是現(xiàn)代經濟的血液,金融集聚是金融業(yè)縱深發(fā)展的必然結果,諸多學者已經用產業(yè)集聚理論證明了金融集聚對于經濟增長的作用。同時,經濟效率反應的是經濟增長的質量問題,一個城市的競爭力由經濟效率來反映,它影響了未來經濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。研究經濟效率更能體現(xiàn)本質的經濟發(fā)展問題。因此,本文以八大國家中心城市為研究對象,在對其相關文獻和理論基礎進行梳理的基礎上,基于區(qū)位熵指數(shù)法對金融業(yè)集聚水平指數(shù)進行測度,結果表明八大國家中心城市均已顯現(xiàn)出一定的金融集聚態(tài)勢;各大中心城市的銀行業(yè)、保險業(yè)、證券業(yè)也已形成一定集聚規(guī)模,證券業(yè)的集聚指數(shù)波動較大。后采用DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法,對八大城市的經濟效率進行測度,得出八大城市的全要素生產率以及分解指數(shù)規(guī)模效率、純技術效率和技術進步效率,并對其進行了評價,結果表明八大國家中心城市的經濟效率表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀,總體呈現(xiàn)正向增長趨勢。之后從整體層面通過系統(tǒng)GMM模型對八個國家中心城市的金融集聚與經濟效率之間的關系進行了實證檢驗,從分城市層面利用面板回歸模型實證檢驗了八個城市的金融集聚對經濟效率影響的差異。從整體層面和分城市層面詳細研究國家中心城市的金融集聚對經濟效率的影響。得出以市場化為改革核心、加強金融供給側改革、“脫虛向實”、創(chuàng)新驅動和擴大金融開放等建議。
[Abstract]:A national central city is a regional economic center city that resides in a national strategy, shoulders a national mission and leads regional development. In 2017, two more national central cities were added. Thus far, eight national central cities have been explicitly established in our country. National central cities are a new feature of today's economic and social development. More and more attention has been paid by government decision makers and researchers. Considering that finance is the core virtual resource of national development under the new normal state of economy, finance is the blood of modern economy, and financial agglomeration is the inevitable result of the deep development of financial industry. Many scholars have proved the effect of financial agglomeration on economic growth by industrial agglomeration theory. At the same time, economic efficiency reflects the quality of economic growth, and the competitiveness of a city is reflected by economic efficiency. It affects the sustainable development of economy in the future. The study of economic efficiency can reflect the essence of economic development more. Therefore, this paper takes the eight national central cities as the research object, on the basis of combing the relevant literature and theoretical basis. Based on the location entropy index method, the paper measures the financial agglomeration level index. The results show that the central cities of the eight countries have shown a certain situation of financial agglomeration. The securities industry has formed a certain agglomeration scale, and the agglomeration index of the securities industry fluctuates greatly. Then, by using the DEA-Malmquist index method, the economic efficiency of the eight major cities is measured, and the total factor productivity and the scale efficiency of the decomposition index of the eight major cities are obtained. Pure technical efficiency and technological progress efficiency are evaluated, and the results show that the economic efficiency of the central cities in the eight countries is excellent. Then the relationship between financial agglomeration and economic efficiency of eight central cities in eight countries is empirically tested through the systematic GMM model at the overall level. The difference of financial agglomeration on economic efficiency in eight cities is tested by using panel regression model from sub-city level. A detailed study on the impact of financial agglomeration on economic efficiency in national central cities from the overall level and sub-urban level. It is concluded that marketization is the core of the reform, Strengthen the financial supply-side reform, "get rid of false reality", innovation drive and expand the financial opening and other suggestions.
