優(yōu)化G銀行寧夏分行中小企業(yè)信貸工廠風險管理體系的研究

【摘要】:G銀行2008年引入新加坡淡馬錫信貸工廠模式開展中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù),信貸工廠與傳統(tǒng)信貸模式的根本區(qū)別在于,信貸工廠是模仿工廠,將信貸業(yè)務(wù)的全流程分為前中后臺并整合在同一部門,以規(guī)范的標準作業(yè)程序批量化開展信貸業(yè)務(wù)。G銀行寧夏分行于2013年8月成功復(fù)制推廣了中小企業(yè)信貸工廠模式,在該模式推廣應(yīng)用的4年期間,取得了一定的成績,為寧夏地區(qū)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展做出了積極的貢獻。但是在快速發(fā)展的同時,由于G銀行寧夏分行中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)存在信貸工廠模式變形、內(nèi)部控制不完善,風險治理結(jié)構(gòu)不健全、崗位缺失、人員流動性大、內(nèi)部管理跟不上業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展步伐等問題,在經(jīng)歷了大躍進式業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展后出現(xiàn)了不良高居不下、業(yè)務(wù)量出現(xiàn)萎縮的局面。本論文分析了G銀行寧夏分行中小企業(yè)信貸工廠現(xiàn)有風險管理體系存在的缺陷和漏洞,結(jié)合當前經(jīng)濟形勢中小企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,與時俱進地提出進一步優(yōu)化G銀行寧夏分行中小企業(yè)信貸工廠風險管理體系的改進建議,結(jié)合全面風險管理理論和信貸工廠理論,提出完善風險治理結(jié)構(gòu)、健全內(nèi)部管理機制、完善中小信貸制度、建立風險管理系統(tǒng)等優(yōu)化建議,為G銀行寧夏分行中小企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)健康穩(wěn)健持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有益的參考,為正在推廣信貸工廠模式的其他銀行提供借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:In 2008, G Bank introduced the Temasek credit factory model in Singapore to develop the SME credit business. The fundamental difference between the credit factory and the traditional credit model is that the credit factory is a mimic factory. The whole process of credit business is divided into front, middle and backstage and integrated in the same department. In August 2013, the Ningxia Branch of G. Bank successfully replicated and promoted the credit factory model of small and medium-sized enterprises. During the four years of popularization and application of this model, some achievements have been made, which have made a positive contribution to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ningxia. But at the same time of rapid development, Because of the transformation of credit factory mode, the imperfect internal control, the imperfect risk management structure, the lack of posts, the large staff mobility, the internal management can not keep up with the pace of business development, etc. After the development of the Great Leap forward business, there is a bad situation, and the volume of business shrinks. This paper analyzes the defects and loopholes in the existing risk management system of the SME credit factory in Ningxia Branch of G Bank. According to the current economic situation of small and medium-sized enterprises, the paper puts forward some suggestions for further optimizing the risk management system of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ningxia Branch of G Bank, combining with the theory of comprehensive risk management and the theory of credit factory. The optimization suggestions such as perfecting the risk management structure, perfecting the internal management mechanism, perfecting the small and medium-sized credit system and establishing the risk management system are put forward to provide a beneficial reference for the healthy, steady and sustainable development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Ningxia Branch of G Bank. To provide reference and help for other banks that are promoting the credit factory model.
