【摘要】：對(duì)外投資是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)體發(fā)展到一定程度的必然產(chǎn)物,也是國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)政治競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要表現(xiàn)。《發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家與發(fā)展中國(guó)家對(duì)外直接投資效率比較研究》從對(duì)外投資的傳統(tǒng)理論講起,延伸到當(dāng)前對(duì)外投資理論的最新發(fā)展,通過(guò)案例形式分析發(fā)達(dá)與發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟(jì)體的對(duì)外投資異同問(wèn)題�！栋l(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家與發(fā)展中國(guó)家金融業(yè)對(duì)外投資的比較研究》從二戰(zhàn)后國(guó)際金融投資發(fā)展趨勢(shì)說(shuō)起,提出對(duì)外投資目標(biāo)國(guó)選擇、對(duì)外開(kāi)放空間與投資主動(dòng)性、投資動(dòng)機(jī)是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家金融對(duì)外投資最主要的差別。《當(dāng)前中國(guó)對(duì)外投資戰(zhàn)略的國(guó)際比較》,分析了中美日三國(guó)對(duì)外投資戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展階段與特征,提出中國(guó)應(yīng)構(gòu)建跨國(guó)公司主導(dǎo)和企業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的對(duì)外投資模式。《中美對(duì)外直接投資績(jī)效比較》,分析了中國(guó)和美國(guó)對(duì)外投資的異同點(diǎn)以及不同的績(jī)效表現(xiàn),并對(duì)今后中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的模式進(jìn)行了構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:Foreign investment is the inevitable outcome of the development of an economy to a certain extent and the main manifestation of the international economic and political competitiveness. The Comparative study on the efficiency of Foreign Direct Investment between developed and developing countries begins with the traditional theory of foreign investment. Extending to the latest development of foreign investment theory, This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of foreign investment between developed and developing economies through case studies. "A Comparative study of Financial Foreign Investment between developed and developing countries" from the perspective of the development trend of international financial investment after World War II, Put forward the choice of target countries for foreign investment, the space for opening up to the outside world and the initiative of investment, Investment motivation is the most important difference between developed and developing countries in financial outward investment. "International comparison of China's Foreign Investment Strategy", this paper analyzes the development stage and characteristics of China, America and Japan's foreign investment strategy. This paper puts forward that China should construct a mode of foreign investment led by multinational corporations and coordinated development of enterprises. The comparison of the performance of China and the United States in foreign direct investment (OFDI) is presented, and the similarities and differences between China and the United States in OFDI and its different performance are analyzed. And the model of China's foreign direct investment in the future has been constructed.
