【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融突破了傳統(tǒng)金融體系的卡特爾式壟斷,緩解了中小微企業(yè)的融資難問(wèn)題;互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融突破了空間和物理約束,增加了農(nóng)村居民獲得平等金融服務(wù)的機(jī)會(huì)。然而,具有普惠特質(zhì)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融活動(dòng),也存在著信貸排斥和價(jià)格排斥。年輕無(wú)職業(yè)的男性被排斥在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信貸之外的概率較高,信貸排斥存在自增強(qiáng)趨勢(shì)且與價(jià)格排斥相伴而生�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)自身無(wú)法根除金融排斥,還需要制度的配合。因此,應(yīng)積極推動(dòng)政策性金融、合作金融與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的融合,并通過(guò)加強(qiáng)平臺(tái)自律、完善征信體系、強(qiáng)化信息披露等,促進(jìn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Internet finance has broken through cartel monopolies in traditional financial systems and alleviated the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. Internet finance has broken through space and physical constraints and increased rural residents' access to equal financial services. There is also credit exclusion and price exclusion in Internet financial activities with inclusive characteristics. Young, unemployed men are more likely to be excluded from online credit. Credit exclusion has the trend of self-reinforcement and comes along with price exclusion. Internet technology itself can not eradicate financial exclusion, but also needs the cooperation of institutions. Therefore, we should actively promote the integration of policy finance, cooperative finance and Internet finance. It also promotes the healthy development of Internet finance by strengthening platform self-discipline, perfecting credit system and strengthening information disclosure.
