【摘要】:第三方支付伴隨著中國電子商務(wù)的崛起應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,目前,已處于應(yīng)用成熟期,成為了主要的支付方式和信用中介,近年來其交易規(guī)模得到穩(wěn)定持續(xù)地發(fā)展。也因此傳統(tǒng)的商業(yè)銀行面臨了前所未有的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),無論是從中間業(yè)務(wù)的角度,金融脫媒的角度,利率市場化的角度等各方面,顯然都受到了第三方支付迅猛發(fā)展的影響和沖擊;谝陨犀F(xiàn)實(shí)背景,本文從第三方支付企業(yè)和中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,站在商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的角度,探究第三方支付給其帶來的影響,并提出政策建議。首先,本文簡要介紹了第三方支付的含義、發(fā)展歷程、主要機(jī)構(gòu),運(yùn)用定量分析方法對年度數(shù)據(jù)和季度數(shù)據(jù)的解析來闡述其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并從市場規(guī)模、不同機(jī)構(gòu)所占份額和交易結(jié)構(gòu)三個角度進(jìn)行比較研究。其次,介紹了商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù),并對商業(yè)銀行近年來的中間業(yè)務(wù)收入進(jìn)行數(shù)量上對比,在相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上分別論述了第三方支付對商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的積極促進(jìn)作用及給其帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。最后,結(jié)合面板分析方法,除了將第三方互聯(lián)網(wǎng)支付外也將第三方移動支付規(guī)模也引入模型中進(jìn)行定量分析,得出第三方互聯(lián)網(wǎng)支付和第三方移動支付都對其起到了一定的促進(jìn)作用,這種促進(jìn)作用源于商業(yè)銀行的不斷改革和創(chuàng)新;在定性和定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出相關(guān)對策建議。本文將理論研究和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合,對商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提出了以下四點(diǎn)建議使商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)得到可持續(xù)發(fā)展:第一,以產(chǎn)品為核心,大力推廣創(chuàng)新中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品,發(fā)揮商品驅(qū)動重構(gòu)價值鏈優(yōu)勢;第二,合理化定價策略,防范相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn);第三,進(jìn)行場景支付建設(shè),提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量;第四,技術(shù)策略方面進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,確保安全性。
[Abstract]:With the rise of e-commerce in China, third-party payment has emerged as the times require. At present, it has been in the period of application and maturity, and has become the main payment method and credit intermediary. In recent years, the scale of its transactions has been steadily and continuously developed. Therefore, the traditional commercial banks are faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges, whether from the perspective of intermediary business, financial disintermediation. The angle of interest rate marketization has obviously been affected and impacted by the rapid development of third-party payment. Based on the above realistic background, this paper starts with the development of third-party payment enterprises and intermediary business. From the perspective of commercial bank intermediary business, this paper explores the impact of third-party payment on it, and puts forward policy recommendations. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the meaning, development process and main institutions of third-party payment. Using the quantitative analysis method to analyze the annual data and quarterly data to explain the current situation of its development, and from the market size, different institutions share and trading structure of three angles to compare and study. Secondly. This paper introduces the intermediate business of commercial banks, and compares the income of intermediate business of commercial banks in recent years. On the basis of relevant data, the paper discusses the positive promotion role of third-party payment to commercial bank intermediary business and the challenges it brings. Finally, combined with panel analysis method. Besides the third-party Internet payment, the scale of third-party mobile payment is also introduced into the model for quantitative analysis. It is concluded that third-party Internet payment and third-party mobile payment have played a certain role in promoting it. This kind of promotion function originates from the continuous reform and innovation of commercial banks; On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. This paper combines theoretical research with empirical analysis. This paper puts forward the following four suggestions for the development of commercial bank intermediary business: first, take the product as the core, vigorously promote innovative intermediate business products. Exerting the advantage of commodity driving and reconstructing value chain; Second, rationalizing pricing strategies to guard against related risks; Third, pay for the scene to improve the quality of service; 4th, the technical strategy carries on the technical innovation, guarantees the safety.
