【摘要】:企業(yè)員工的能力和素質(zhì)尤其是基層員工的能力和素質(zhì)對現(xiàn)代金融企業(yè)的未來發(fā)展尤為重要。農(nóng)行長春市朝陽支行是隸屬于吉林省農(nóng)行銀行的二級分行,自股份制改革以來,支行開始逐漸重視對于基層員工的培訓(xùn),培訓(xùn)水平有了較大幅改善的同時(shí)也依然有很多不足之處,在一線柜員培訓(xùn)方面存在諸多問題,不能有針對性的從柜員的角度出發(fā)制定合理的培訓(xùn)方案。嚴(yán)重影響農(nóng)行長春市朝陽支行柜員參與培訓(xùn)的積極性,影響工作熱情及綜合素質(zhì)的提升,不利于農(nóng)行長春市朝陽支行未來工作中的人才培養(yǎng)及各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的開展。針對以上問題,在大量閱讀相關(guān)培訓(xùn)理論并借鑒其他企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文的研究目的在于形成一套符合朝陽支行現(xiàn)狀、促進(jìn)該行可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一線柜員培訓(xùn)方案,提升農(nóng)行長春市朝陽支行培訓(xùn)效果,進(jìn)而提高支行柜員綜合素質(zhì)和工作積極性,以適應(yīng)農(nóng)行的人才培養(yǎng)和儲備需求,促進(jìn)農(nóng)行服務(wù)水平的全面提升,為業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。首先,根據(jù)培訓(xùn)方案設(shè)計(jì)的原則和思路設(shè)計(jì)合理的課程體系、配套的培訓(xùn)師資隊(duì)伍,其次,通過對培訓(xùn)的前期準(zhǔn)備和培訓(xùn)的時(shí)間安排來做好實(shí)施環(huán)節(jié)的控制,最后采用柯氏四級評估模型對培訓(xùn)效果進(jìn)行評估。為了能夠保證培訓(xùn)方案得以規(guī)范、有效運(yùn)行,分別從組織、制度、文化三個(gè)方面提出保障措施。通過本次培訓(xùn)方案的設(shè)計(jì),為農(nóng)行長春朝陽支行柜員搭建一套相對合理的培訓(xùn)方案,柜員學(xué)習(xí)知識和提升技能的同時(shí)將所學(xué)應(yīng)用到工作實(shí)踐當(dāng)中,促進(jìn)朝陽支行整體服務(wù)水平和業(yè)務(wù)水平的提升,為支行培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)柜員和支行持續(xù)健康發(fā)展奠定良好的基礎(chǔ)。這套針對朝陽支行一線柜員培訓(xùn)設(shè)計(jì)的方案能夠解決現(xiàn)階段柜員培訓(xùn)中存在的問題,能夠?qū)χ泄駟T的具體培訓(xùn)行為起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用,提升支行柜員的培訓(xùn)效果的同時(shí)提升柜員的綜合素質(zhì)和工作積極性,還可以促進(jìn)朝陽支行的業(yè)務(wù)朝著更好更全面的方向發(fā)展。同時(shí)希望通過對農(nóng)行長春市朝陽支行柜員培訓(xùn)方案的研究,對其他國有銀行的一線柜員的培訓(xùn)工作起到一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Enterprise staff's ability and quality especially the grass-roots staff's ability and the quality is very important for the future development of modern financial enterprises. Changchun City, Chaoyang Branch of the Agricultural Bank is belonging to the Jilin Provincial Agricultural Bank's two branches, since the joint-stock reform, branch began to pay attention to for the grass-roots staff training, training level has been significantly improved at the same time there are still many deficiencies, there are many problems in the front line staff training, not corresponding training programs from the perspective of rational teller. Seriously affect the enthusiasm of Agricultural Bank of China Changchun Chaoyang Branch teller to participate in training, work enthusiasm and enhance the comprehensive quality, is not conducive to the Chaoyang Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China Changchun future training and work in the business of development. To solve the above problems, in reading a lot of relevant training theory and reference to other enterprises training Based on the system, the purpose of this study is to form a set of consistent with the Chaoyang Branch of the status quo, to promote the training program for the tellers of sustainable development, enhance the Agricultural Bank of China Changchun Chaoyang Branch of the training effect, and improve the comprehensive quality and the branch teller work enthusiasm, to meet the needs of personnel training and reserve demand of Agricultural Bank of China, and promote the comprehensive upgrade of Agricultural Bank of China the level of service, to lay the foundation for sustainable and healthy development of the business. First of all, according to the principles and ideas of design training program design reasonable curriculum system, supporting the training of teachers, secondly, through the preparation and training of the training schedule to do control implementation process, finally to assess training effect by Kirkpatrick's four level evaluation model. In order to ensure the effective operation of norms, to training programs, respectively, from the three aspects of organization, system, culture and security measures are put forward through. The design of the training program, to build a relatively reasonable training plan for Agricultural Bank of China Changchun Chaoyang Branch teller, teller to learn knowledge and skills but also enhance the application of learning to practice, promote the Chaoyang Branch of the overall service level and business level, lay a good foundation for support for training high quality and continuous branch teller the healthy development of the Chaoyang Branch. For the front line staff training design scheme can solve the existing problems in the present stage teller training, specific training behavior of the branch teller can play a guiding role, improve the comprehensive quality of teller work enthusiasm and enhance the branch teller training effect at the same time, it also can promote the Chaoyang branch business towards a better and more comprehensive direction. At the same time, through the study of the teller training program Chaoyang Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China Changchun, on the other country The training of a front line teller with a bank plays a certain reference.
