【摘要】：基礎資產以其穩(wěn)定可預期的現(xiàn)金流為資產支持證券提供本息支持,這是資產證券化的最大特點,因此,基礎資產是資產證券化的開端,同時貫穿整個過程。隨著我國資產證券化的迅速發(fā)展,基礎資產范圍也在不斷地擴大。我國已逐漸融入世界經濟這一整體,資產證券化等金融創(chuàng)新能夠為我國經濟快速發(fā)展提供動力。我國目前正處于經濟金融改革的關鍵時期,資產證券化的發(fā)展對我國經濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展有著十分重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。一般來說,資產證券化以其靈活的方式拓寬融資渠道、降低融資成本、規(guī)避融資規(guī)模限制、提高凈資產收益率、為企業(yè)提供較強的靈活性等優(yōu)勢,存在著巨大的發(fā)展前景。根據(jù)監(jiān)管及發(fā)行方的區(qū)別,我國資產證券化分為信貸類資產證券化、企業(yè)資產證券化以及資產支持票據(jù)。本文著眼于當下熱門的企業(yè)資產證券化,以基礎資產為切入點,通過對我國企業(yè)資產證券化中基礎資產當前存在的問題進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的風險,并分析成因。通過案例的引入,對當前市場基礎資產選擇進行探討,再結合美國資產證券化市場基礎資產發(fā)展經驗,探討健全我國資產證券化基礎資產選擇的有效方法,不斷完善我國資產證券化基礎資產市場,降低市場及投資者風險,促進我國資產證券化市場的發(fā)展,具有一定的實際意義。
[Abstract]:Base assets provide principal and interest support for asset-backed securities with its stable and predictable cash flow, which is the biggest characteristic of asset securitization. Therefore, basic assets are the beginning of asset securitization. With the rapid development of asset securitization in China, the scope of basic assets is also expanding. China has gradually integrated into the whole world economy. Asset securitization and other financial innovation can provide a driving force for the rapid development of our economy. China is now in the critical period of economic and financial reform. The development of asset securitization has a very important strategic significance for the sustained and healthy development of our economy. Generally speaking asset securitization widens financing channels and reduces financing cost in its flexible way. There is a great development prospect to avoid the limitation of financing scale, improve the return on net assets, and provide strong flexibility for enterprises, according to the differences between regulatory and issuer. Asset securitization in China is divided into credit asset securitization, enterprise asset securitization and asset-backed instruments. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the basic assets securitization of enterprises in our country, we find out the risks and analyze the causes. Through the introduction of the case, we discuss the choice of the basic assets in the current market. Combined with the experience of the development of basic assets in American asset securitization market, this paper discusses the effective methods to perfect the basic asset selection of asset securitization in our country, and continuously consummates the basic asset market of asset securitization in our country. It is of practical significance to reduce the risk of market and investors and to promote the development of asset securitization market in China.
