【摘要】：數(shù)字貨幣及分布式記賬技術(shù),是對現(xiàn)有貨幣體系和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行模式可能產(chǎn)生重要影響的理念,但在實(shí)踐中也引發(fā)了人們對其泡沫化發(fā)展的擔(dān)憂。我們一方面通過選取比特幣等代表性數(shù)字貨幣及分布式記賬技術(shù)與環(huán)球銀行金融電信協(xié)會(SWIFT)等傳統(tǒng)報(bào)文技術(shù)進(jìn)行對比,從技術(shù)層面上分析了去中心化設(shè)計(jì)思想的缺陷,認(rèn)為數(shù)字貨幣屬于集成創(chuàng)新,還有待發(fā)展完善;另一方面,通過貨幣和金融學(xué)理論分析,對貨幣本質(zhì)進(jìn)行再思考,明確了中央銀行在數(shù)字貨幣發(fā)展中不可替代的作用。我們分析了數(shù)字貨幣的發(fā)行量、與其他貨幣的共存關(guān)系、對現(xiàn)有支付和信用體系的沖擊等問題。我們提出,數(shù)字貨幣和分布式記賬技術(shù)可以在現(xiàn)有中央銀行和商業(yè)銀行運(yùn)作體制的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行調(diào)適,幫助金融業(yè)重塑同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)和國際支付業(yè)務(wù)形態(tài),并對我們的貨幣金融政策帶來有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:Digital money and distributed accounting technology are the ideas that may have an important impact on the existing monetary system and economic operation mode. But in practice, it also raises concerns about its bubbling development. On the one hand, we choose representative digital currencies such as bitcoin and distributed accounting technology and Swift with the Worldwide Banking and Financial Telecommunications Association. To compare the traditional message technology. This paper analyzes the defects of the decentralization design idea from the technical aspect, and thinks that the digital currency belongs to the integration innovation, and still needs to be developed and perfected. On the other hand, through the theoretical analysis of money and finance, the paper reconsiders the nature of money, and clarifies the irreplaceable role of central bank in the development of digital money. Coexistence with other currencies, impact on existing payment and credit systems, etc. Digital money and distributed accounting technology can be adapted on the basis of the existing operating system of central banks and commercial banks to help the financial industry reshape its interbank business and international payment business. And bring beneficial enlightenment to our monetary and financial policy.
