【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)末數(shù)字貨幣誕生以來,貨幣制度開啟了從有形實(shí)物向虛擬數(shù)字過渡的新進(jìn)程,央行推進(jìn)數(shù)字貨幣研發(fā)標(biāo)志著數(shù)字貨幣由私人部門上升至國家層面。貨幣制度與國家貨幣發(fā)行權(quán)的掌控如影隨形,央行數(shù)字貨幣的發(fā)行使我們有機(jī)會(huì)探析國家掌控貨幣發(fā)行權(quán)的實(shí)質(zhì)。研究表明:貨幣形態(tài)的演進(jìn)本質(zhì)上是貨幣屬性強(qiáng)度的結(jié)構(gòu)性更迭;國家每一次統(tǒng)一貨幣的行為實(shí)質(zhì)上都是對于貨幣形態(tài)與屬性的雙重強(qiáng)化;依據(jù)歷史邏輯,國家掌控?cái)?shù)字貨幣發(fā)行權(quán)的關(guān)鍵在于對"價(jià)值尺度"的把握。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of digital currency at the end of 20th century, the monetary system has begun a new process of transition from tangible material to virtual digital. The central bank's push to develop digital money marks the rise of digital money from the private sector to the national level. The issue of central bank digital money gives us an opportunity to probe into the essence of national control over the power of currency issuance. The study shows that the evolution of monetary form is essentially a structural change of monetary attribute strength; Every time the country unifies the currency the behavior is essentially to the monetary form and the attribute dual enhancement; According to historical logic, the key for the state to control the issue of digital currency is to grasp the "value scale".
