【摘要】：在推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革過程中,需要注意協(xié)調(diào)提高品質(zhì)與保障供給之間的矛盾,需要思考農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整投入怎么實(shí)現(xiàn)自我可持續(xù),需要關(guān)注市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié)的有限性等問題,同時(shí),由于農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的金融需求具有六大新特征,因此,創(chuàng)新農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革金融服務(wù),不僅僅需要從金融服務(wù)的供給出發(fā),還需要從農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)需求角度去創(chuàng)新,需要構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為導(dǎo)向的農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)供給體系和機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the agricultural supply side structural reform, the need to pay attention to coordinate the conflict between increasing quality and security of supply, need to think about how to achieve the adjustment of agricultural structure in self sustainable, needs such as limited problems, focus on market regulation at the same time, because the agricultural supply side structural reform financial demand has six new features, therefore, the innovation of agriculture the supply side structural reform of financial services, not only need to start from the supply of financial services, but also the demand for rural financial services to innovation, to construct agricultural supply side structural reform oriented supply of rural financial service system and mechanism.
