【摘要】:隨著我國居民收入水平和理財(cái)理念的提升,個(gè)人理財(cái)市場有著很大的發(fā)展空間,而商業(yè)銀行間市場競爭的不斷加劇,也推動(dòng)商業(yè)銀行去開拓更多的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)。在較長的時(shí)間里,個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)在我國商業(yè)銀行屬于較為弱小的業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域,發(fā)展時(shí)間也并不長,因此我國許多商業(yè)銀行在個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的拓展上存在著較多的不足。本文以GY農(nóng)商銀行的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展為研究對象,針對其存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出針對性的建議,提升其個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的競爭實(shí)力。本文首先對本文的研究背景和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究內(nèi)容和方法,本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述。其次對個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的含義及理財(cái)行為的基本理論進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),包括個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的含義,理財(cái)行為的基本理論等,為本文的研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第三,本文對GY農(nóng)商銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并設(shè)計(jì)了問卷調(diào)查,以分析GY農(nóng)商銀行存在的問題,提出理財(cái)客戶結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,專業(yè)理財(cái)經(jīng)理缺口較大,理財(cái)產(chǎn)品嚴(yán)重同質(zhì)化,理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)收入水平較低等問題。通過上述問題分析,本文對GY農(nóng)商銀行在個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)中的宏觀和微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,并基于SWOT分析法為其個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)。最后提出了GY農(nóng)商銀行個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展策略,GY農(nóng)商銀行應(yīng)加強(qiáng)市場細(xì)分和客戶分層,完善理財(cái)經(jīng)理的培養(yǎng)和考核,注重品牌建設(shè)與服務(wù),強(qiáng)化渠道建設(shè)和渠道價(jià)值,完善客戶中心制和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等措施。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the income level and the concept of financial management in our country, the personal financial market has a lot of room for development, and the market competition between commercial banks is becoming more and more serious. Also promote commercial banks to open up more personal financial business. In a long time, personal finance business in China's commercial banks belong to the weaker business areas, the development of the time is not long. Therefore, many commercial banks in our country have more shortcomings in the expansion of personal finance business. This paper takes the development of personal finance business of GY Agricultural and Commercial Bank as the research object, and analyzes the existing problems. And put forward targeted recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of their personal finance business. Firstly, this paper studies the background and significance of this article, domestic and foreign research status, research content and methods. Secondly, the meaning of personal finance business and the basic theory of financial management behavior are summarized and summarized, including the meaning of personal finance business, the basic theory of financial management behavior and so on. Third, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of personal finance business of GY agribusiness bank, and designs a questionnaire to analyze the existing problems of GY agricultural commercial bank. This paper puts forward some problems, such as unreasonable structure of financial clients, large gap of professional financial managers, serious homogeneity of financial products, low income level of financial services, and so on. This paper analyzes the macro and micro environment of GY Agricultural and Commercial Bank in personal finance business. And based on the SWOT analysis to provide guidance for the development of its personal finance business. Finally, the development strategy of GY agribusiness bank personal finance business is put forward. GY agricultural and commercial bank should strengthen market segmentation and customer stratification. Improve the training and examination of financial management managers, pay attention to brand building and service, strengthen channel construction and channel value, perfect customer center system and risk management, and so on.
