【摘要】：發(fā)端于2007年的美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)已有十年,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)是否已經(jīng)走出了危機(jī)的陰影?危機(jī)對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響如何?論文首先簡(jiǎn)單回顧了次貸危機(jī)、歐債危機(jī)、美債危機(jī)等"三次危機(jī)",進(jìn)而論證了"三次危機(jī)"的根源是實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融經(jīng)濟(jì)"兩種失衡","兩種失衡"造成了"一個(gè)世界"的福利分配不公平、不可持續(xù);"三次危機(jī)"又對(duì)"一個(gè)世界"的福利分配產(chǎn)生了影響,并推動(dòng)了"逆全球化"思潮�；诖�,提出如下政策建議:對(duì)內(nèi)推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,"藏福于民";對(duì)外以"新全球化"應(yīng)對(duì)"逆全球化",這也是應(yīng)對(duì)"三次危機(jī)""兩種失衡"的重要舉措。
[Abstract]:It has been ten years since the US subprime mortgage crisis started in 2007. Has the global economy been out of the shadow of the crisis? What is the impact of the crisis on the world economy? First of all, the paper briefly reviews the sub-prime crisis, the European debt crisis, the U. S. debt crisis and other "three crises", and then demonstrates that the root of the "three crises" is the real economy and the financial economy "two kinds of imbalance". "two kinds of imbalance" has resulted in unfair and unsustainable distribution of welfare in "one world"; The "three crises" have had an impact on the distribution of welfare in "one world" and promoted the trend of "anti-globalization". Based on this, the following policy suggestions are put forward: promoting supply-side structural reform internally. "hiding good for the people"; It is also an important measure to deal with "three crises" and "two kinds of imbalance".
