【摘要】：2016年末中央經(jīng)濟工作會議提出,要在增強匯率彈性的同時保持人民幣匯率在合理均衡水平上的基本穩(wěn)定,這為后續(xù)人民幣匯率體制改革和匯率政策制定及實施在方向上定了調。2016年的"8.11"匯改開啟了我國外匯體制走向匯率浮動非常重要的一步。匯率要根據(jù)外匯市場的供求關系決定,在外匯市場動態(tài)均衡的調整過程中,官方匯率不斷變化以適應市場的供求關系。中國將延續(xù)2016年年初以來的匯率形成機制,使匯率這種非常重要的價格合理反映市場真正的供求關系,減少政策對外匯市場的干預,由市場來決定人民幣匯率。
[Abstract]:In end of 2016, the Central Economic work Conference proposed that the RMB exchange rate should be basically stable at a reasonable and balanced level while enhancing exchange rate flexibility. This has set the direction for the subsequent reform of the RMB exchange rate system and the formulation and implementation of the exchange rate policy. "8. 11" of 2016. The exchange rate reform has opened a very important step for China's foreign exchange system to move towards exchange rate floating. The exchange rate should be determined according to the supply and demand relationship in the foreign exchange market. In the process of adjusting the dynamic equilibrium of the foreign exchange market, the official exchange rate is constantly changing to adapt to the supply and demand relationship of the market. China will continue the exchange rate formation mechanism since the beginning of 2016. The exchange rate, which is a very important price, can reasonably reflect the real supply and demand relationship of the market, reduce the policy intervention in the foreign exchange market, and let the market determine the RMB exchange rate.
