世界貿(mào)易組織自1944年成立以來,在世界范圍內(nèi)確立了國家間貿(mào)易規(guī)則,幫助解決國家間貿(mào)易爭端,促進了國際貿(mào)易發(fā)展。許多國家都在積極努力的想要進入世界貿(mào)易組織,然而進入世界貿(mào)易組織的過程需要長期的協(xié)商規(guī)劃,每個國家都想維護自己本國的利益,所以對貿(mào)易條款和貿(mào)易規(guī)則的制定尤其重要。每個國家都希望能在進入世界貿(mào)易組織后可以極大的促進本國的貿(mào)易水平,帶動國家經(jīng)濟水平與國際化交流程度,但是近來研究表明,世界貿(mào)易組織并不是對所有國家都有著積極促進作用。對于有些國家,尤其是發(fā)展中國家,由于不對等的國際間關(guān)系,在加入世界貿(mào)易組織之后并無得到明顯發(fā)展。薩摩亞于2012年正式被批準進入世界貿(mào)易組織,在之后幾年,薩摩亞的貿(mào)易變得更加的全球化,然而它的經(jīng)濟情況并未得到顯著提升,所以世界貿(mào)易組織對薩摩亞的影響究竟如何,值得進一步科學嚴謹?shù)难芯�。本文首先對世界貿(mào)易組織進行了介紹,包括其發(fā)展歷程、基本原則和主要作用,然后基于其發(fā)展目標,對其成立以來為促進各成員方貿(mào)易增長取得的成效進行了評述。其次介紹了薩摩亞的基本現(xiàn)況,包括發(fā)展歷史與國家特色,并積極加入世界貿(mào)易組織的緣由。同時詳細描述了薩摩亞加入世界貿(mào)易組織的過程與在達...
