【摘要】：本文的研究對象A貿(mào)易公司是一家專業(yè)為輸送傳動系統(tǒng)做設(shè)計、銷售、安裝、服務(wù)于一體的私人企業(yè),經(jīng)營的產(chǎn)品主要面對國內(nèi)市場。近幾年,大部分客戶紛紛采用JIT的生產(chǎn)方式提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益和生產(chǎn)效率,這也要求A貿(mào)易公司采用先進的庫存管理方法,縮短產(chǎn)品交貨期,降低企業(yè)成本,提高客戶服務(wù)水平,以求在激烈的市場競爭中得以生存和發(fā)展。但A貿(mào)易公司的庫存管理問題直接影響了公司的運營成本以及管理成本,不僅造成庫存積壓與浪費,而且阻礙了資金流動,也掩蓋了公司的其他問題。本文的選題是針對A貿(mào)易公司的實際庫存管理問題提出的,針對存在的問題,試圖通過理論聯(lián)系實際和定性、定量分析相結(jié)合的方式提出適當?shù)母倪M措施和方案。通過這些措施的實施可以提高倉庫管理水平、降低企業(yè)的庫存成本,減少庫存資金占用,獲得更大利潤,從而提高整個企業(yè)的管理水平,增強A貿(mào)易公司在市場上的竟爭力。而我國的貿(mào)易公司在庫存管理上存在著各種各樣的問題,庫存居高不下,庫存滯銷嚴重,庫存準確性不高,先進的管理信息系統(tǒng)缺失等。通過本論文的論述也給同類的貿(mào)易公司在庫存管理方面提供一定的借鑒經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Research object A Trading Company is a private enterprise specialized in designing, selling, installing and serving transmission system. The products are mainly facing the domestic market. In recent years, most customers have adopted the JIT mode of production to improve the economic efficiency and production efficiency of enterprises. This also requires A Trading Company to adopt advanced inventory management methods to shorten the delivery time of products and reduce the cost of enterprises. Improve the level of customer service in order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition. However, the inventory management problem of A trading company has a direct impact on the operating cost and management cost of the company, which not only causes inventory backlog and waste, but also hinders the flow of funds and covers up other problems of the company. This paper is aimed at the actual inventory management of A trading company, aiming at the existing problems, attempts to combine theory with practice and qualitative, quantitative analysis to put forward appropriate improvement measures and schemes. The implementation of these measures can improve the level of warehouse management, reduce the inventory cost of enterprises, reduce the use of inventory funds, obtain greater profits, thus improve the management level of the whole enterprise and enhance the competitive power of A trading company in the market. However, there are a variety of problems in inventory management of Chinese trading companies, such as high inventory, serious unsalable inventory, low inventory accuracy, lack of advanced management information system and so on. Through the discussion of this paper, it also provides some reference experience for the similar trading companies in inventory management.
