【摘要】：自從2001年我國(guó)加入WTO以來(lái),我國(guó)的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易額開(kāi)始快速上升,匯率的變化對(duì)進(jìn)出口企業(yè)的影響力日漸引起重視。無(wú)論是何種規(guī)模、行業(yè)和經(jīng)營(yíng)性質(zhì)的進(jìn)出口企業(yè),都應(yīng)重視匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的學(xué)習(xí)和研究,將其作為公司經(jīng)營(yíng)的重要部分認(rèn)真對(duì)待。首先,本文將匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分為三類(lèi):交易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和折算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。由于折算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)最終影響到的是財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表上的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)企業(yè)的具體影響較小,本文側(cè)重分析了交易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相對(duì)應(yīng)的管理方法。其次,本文分析了我國(guó)進(jìn)出口企業(yè)匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀和其中的主要問(wèn)題,并就具體案例展開(kāi)分析,并針對(duì)我國(guó)進(jìn)出口企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況提出了匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理建議。本文以理論和實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方式對(duì)進(jìn)出口企業(yè)匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行了研究,實(shí)用性較強(qiáng),希望能為我國(guó)進(jìn)出口企業(yè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO in 2001, China's import and export trade has been rising rapidly, and the influence of exchange rate on import and export enterprises has been paid more and more attention. No matter what the scale, industry and nature of the import and export enterprises, we should pay attention to the study and study of exchange rate risk, as an important part of the management of the company seriously. First of all, the exchange rate risk is divided into three categories: transaction risk, economic risk and conversion risk. Because the conversion risk affects the data on the financial statement and has little effect on the enterprise, this paper focuses on the management method of the transaction risk and the economic risk. Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of exchange rate risk management of import and export enterprises in China, and analyzes the specific cases, and puts forward some suggestions on exchange rate risk management in view of the actual situation of import and export enterprises in China. This paper studies the exchange rate risk management of import and export enterprises by combining theory and practice.
