海陽煙草1532直營店項目投資風險評價研究

【摘要】：眾所周知,項目投資風險評價與項目的投資成敗息息相關,海陽煙草1532直營店項目亦不例外。本文在這樣的背景下,以“海陽煙草1532直營店項目投資風險評價研究”為題展開討論,是具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義的。本文的研究目的主要是實現(xiàn)對海陽煙草1532直營店項目投資風險進行分析和控制。其中,風險分析包含風險識別和風險評價,風險識別是指把海陽煙草1532直營店項目有可能面臨的投資風險因素找出來,風險評價是通過度量,確定已找出的投資風險的風險水平；風險控制是依據(jù)前兩步的結(jié)果,提出解決海陽煙草1532直營店項目投資風險的對策和建議。本文的研究方法主要有以下兩種：一種是,理論研究與實地調(diào)研相結(jié)合的研究方法,即參閱大量的國內(nèi)外相關的文獻和資料,從中總結(jié)出當前的學者對投資風險管理問題的研究觀點和程度,為本項目的研究提供風險管理的理論支持和方法上的借鑒,通過去實地調(diào)查,能獲得最真實最有效的資料；另一種是,定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,通過對投資項目面臨的風險的定性分析,利用層次分析方法、模糊綜合評價法、主成分分析法對海陽煙草1532直營店項目的投資風險進行分析,構(gòu)建該項目的評價指標體系和評價模型,并給出評價結(jié)果和對策建議。歸結(jié)起來,本文的研究框架可以概括為：緒論(選題依據(jù)和背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀綜述、研究內(nèi)容與方法、論文框架與創(chuàng)新點)→項目投資風險管理的理論基礎與研究方法(項目投資風險管理基本內(nèi)容、項目投資風險管理的一般流程、項目投資風險評價的常用方法)→海陽煙草1532直營店項目介紹(項目概況、項目背景、項目進度和投資情況、項目內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析)→海陽煙草1532直營店項目投資風險識別(項目投資風險識別的原則與方法、項目投資風險的影響因素、項目投資風險識別的過程與結(jié)果)→海陽煙草1532直營店項目投資風險評估(海陽煙草1532直營店項目投資風險模糊評價、海陽煙草1532直營店項目投資風險單因素評價、海陽煙草1532直營店項目投資風險綜合評價)→海陽煙草1 532直營店項目投資風險控制建議(風險應對措施、風險監(jiān)控措施)→結(jié)束語。本文的大致內(nèi)容為七大部分。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于采用案例分析法,著重針對海陽煙草1532直營店項目進行投資風險評價研究,探討在建立全面可靠的風險評價指標體系和選擇科學、有效、簡潔的評價方法的基礎上,為1532直營店項目投資提供借鑒,降低投資風險,并作為今后類似研究的基礎。最終,筆者希望通過該項目正式投產(chǎn)以后產(chǎn)生的財務報表中的數(shù)據(jù)進行進一步分析,完善本文利用預估的財務數(shù)據(jù)得出的結(jié)論,最終實現(xiàn)對海陽煙草1532直營店項目風險的實際控制和規(guī)避。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the project investment risk evaluation is closely related to the success or failure of the project investment, Haiyang Tobacco 1532 Direct Store project is no exception. Under this background, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the investment risk evaluation of Haiyang Tobacco 1532 Direct Store Project. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and control the investment risk of Haiyang Tobacco 1532 Direct Store Project. Among them, risk analysis includes risk identification and risk evaluation. Risk identification refers to finding out the investment risk factors likely to be faced by Haiyang Tobacco 1532 Direct Store Project, and risk evaluation is measured. The risk control is based on the results of the first two steps and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the investment risk of Haiyang Tobacco 1532 Direct Store Project. The main research methods of this paper are as follows: one is the research method which combines theoretical research with field research, that is, referring to a large number of relevant literature and materials at home and abroad. From the summary of the current scholars on investment risk management research point of view and degree, for the study of this project to provide theoretical support and methods of risk management reference, through field investigation, can obtain the most real and most effective information; The other is the research method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, through the qualitative analysis of the risks faced by investment projects, the use of AHP method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, Principal component Analysis (PCA) is used to analyze the investment risk of Haiyang Tobacco 1532 Direct Store Project. The evaluation index system and evaluation model of the project are constructed, and the evaluation results and suggestions are given. On the basis of the simple evaluation method, this paper provides a reference for the investment of the 1532 direct store project, reduces the investment risk, and serves as the basis for similar research in the future. Finally, the author hopes to further analyze the data in the financial statements after the project is formally put into production, and perfect the conclusion of this paper by using the estimated financial data. Finally, the actual control and avoidance of the project risk of Haiyang Tobacco 1532 Direct Store is realized.
