【摘要】：現(xiàn)代中國的崛起取得了舉世矚目的成績,伴隨著中國現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟社會的飛速發(fā)展,居民的出行的模式與使用的工具與過去相比,更加的多元化。近年來隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)約車又成為我國在大眾交通工具上另一項新選擇,也代表由此引發(fā)的出租車產(chǎn)業(yè)升級、市場結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。本文研究了在新一次的出租車產(chǎn)業(yè)升級背景下,BF出租車公司如何透過網(wǎng)約車改善公司經(jīng)營,提升自己的服務(wù)能力與價值及相關(guān)的網(wǎng)約車項目進度控制問題。本文主要內(nèi)容:第一章,梳理了與本文研究相關(guān)的出租車及其主流理論與觀點,著重回顧了與項目進度演進相關(guān)的傳統(tǒng)理論,以網(wǎng)約車思維與項目進度控制的研究為重點,明確符合BF公司發(fā)展需求的研究方向,通過上述理論綜述,初步掌握了現(xiàn)代出租車產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與升級的相關(guān)研究并以此作為本文的論述基礎(chǔ)。第二章,在項目進度控制相關(guān)性的基礎(chǔ)上,回顧了新中國成立項目進度控制的發(fā)展進程,并結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等相關(guān)的研究基礎(chǔ)。第三章,在上一章項目進度控制回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,討論傳統(tǒng)出租車產(chǎn)業(yè)有待解決的問題。主要討論了網(wǎng)約車升級和出租車市場結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的問題。為我國傳統(tǒng)出租車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供有力保障。第四章,基于前三章的討論,提出了,BF出租車網(wǎng)約車系統(tǒng)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)結(jié)合的主要模式,并制定了相應(yīng)的項目進度控制機制。第五章,對于BF出租車網(wǎng)約車系統(tǒng)項目控制進行總結(jié),評估了BF出租車網(wǎng)約車系統(tǒng)對于BF公司的正向和負(fù)向影響,提出了配套的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The rise of modern China has made remarkable achievements. With the rapid development of China's modern economy and society, the mode of travel and the tools used by residents are more diversified than in the past. In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, ride-sharing has become another new choice in mass transportation in China, which also represents the upgrading of taxi industry and the adjustment of market structure. In this paper, under the background of the new taxi industry upgrade, this paper studies how the BF Taxi Company can improve its operation, enhance its service ability and value, and control the progress of the related ride-hailing project. The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the first chapter, the author reviews the traditional theories related to the evolution of the project schedule, and focuses on the research of the thinking of ride-sharing and the control of project schedule. It is clear that the research direction that accords with the development demand of BF company, through the above theory summary, has grasped the modern taxi industry structure adjustment and the upgrading correlation research preliminarily, and takes this as the discussion foundation of this article. In the second chapter, on the basis of the relativity of project schedule control, we review the development process of project schedule control in New China, and combine with the research foundation of industry development and so on. In the third chapter, on the basis of the review of project schedule control in the previous chapter, the problems that need to be solved in traditional taxi industry are discussed. This paper mainly discusses the problems of the upgrading of the network and the adjustment of the taxi market structure. For the development of traditional taxi industry in China to provide a strong guarantee. In the fourth chapter, based on the discussion of the first three chapters, the paper puts forward the main mode of the combination of the taxi ride-sharing system of BF and the Internet, and formulates the corresponding project schedule control mechanism. In the fifth chapter, the project control of BF taxi network ride-sharing system is summarized, and the positive and negative effects of BF taxi network ride-sharing system on BF company are evaluated, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
