WM(中國)超市門店培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:在當今知識經(jīng)濟的大環(huán)境下,人力資源成為推動企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的核心資源。隨著知識體系地不斷更新,企業(yè)要保持市場競爭力,必須通過培訓(xùn)來提升企業(yè)人力資源的競爭力,從而使其獲得持續(xù)發(fā)展的創(chuàng)造能力。隨著經(jīng)濟地快速發(fā)展,作為零售業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè),WM(中國)超市加快了在中國的發(fā)展速度,超市門店數(shù)量不斷增多,員工隊伍逐年增加,人力資源管理難度加大。為了進一步提升門店人力資源管理效能,WM(中國)超市需要構(gòu)建適應(yīng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的門店人力資源培訓(xùn)體系。因此,本文以WM(中國)超市門店人力資源為研究對象,構(gòu)建科學(xué)合理的培訓(xùn)體系及實施對策,旨在為WM(中國)超市培養(yǎng)后繼發(fā)展的人才,提高WM(中國)超市在市場的競爭力。本文在總結(jié)分析培訓(xùn)理論、培訓(xùn)體系、培訓(xùn)制度相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)體系、培訓(xùn)發(fā)展趨勢進行研究。企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系在企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立培訓(xùn)組織機構(gòu)、完善培訓(xùn)運作流程、制定培訓(xùn)管理制度三個方面進行培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建。其次,通過對WM(中國)超市門店人力資源狀況和培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進行分析,按照現(xiàn)代企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系的設(shè)計理念,科學(xué)確定WM(中國)超市門店培訓(xùn)組織機構(gòu)的培訓(xùn)職責,從培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)計劃制定、培訓(xùn)組織實施、培訓(xùn)效果評估四個方面完善WM(中國)超市門店培訓(xùn)運作流程,從崗位職能考核制度、培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費管理制度、培訓(xùn)時間保證制度三個方面來保障WM(中國)超市門店培訓(xùn)工作地有效實施。最后從全員參與培訓(xùn)工作、建立考核激勵機制、加強師資隊伍建設(shè)、創(chuàng)建自主學(xué)習(xí)氛圍等方面提出WM(中國)超市門店培訓(xùn)體系地實施對策,保障WM(中國)超市門店培訓(xùn)體系地建立和運行。
[Abstract]:In today's knowledge-based economy environment, human resources become the core resources to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. With the continuous renewal of knowledge system, enterprises must improve the competitiveness of human resources through training to maintain their market competitiveness, so that they can obtain the creative ability of sustainable development. With the rapid development of economy, as the leading enterprise of retailing, the supermarket in China has speeded up the speed of development, the number of supermarket stores has been increasing, the number of staff has increased year by year, and the difficulty of human resource management has been increased. In order to further improve the efficiency of store human resources management (WM) supermarkets need to build a store human resources training system adapted to the development of enterprises. Therefore, this paper takes the human resources of WM (China) supermarket as the research object, constructs the scientific and reasonable training system and the implementation countermeasure, aims to train the successor talents for the WM (China) supermarket, and to improve the competition ability of the WM (China) supermarket in the market. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant research results of training theory, training system and training system, this paper studies the human resource training system and training development trend of enterprises. On the basis of the enterprise development strategy, the enterprise training system is constructed from three aspects: establishing the training organization, perfecting the training operation process and establishing the training management system. Secondly, according to the design concept of modern enterprise training system, the training responsibility of WM supermarket store training organization is scientifically determined by analyzing the status of human resources and training status of WM supermarket store, according to the design concept of modern enterprise training system. From four aspects of training needs analysis, training plan formulation, training organization implementation, training effect evaluation, improve the WM supermarket store training operation process, from the post function assessment system, training funds management system, Three aspects of training time guarantee system to ensure the WM (China) supermarket store training effective implementation. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures of WM supermarket store training system from the aspects of all staff participating in the training work, establishing the examination incentive mechanism, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and creating the independent learning atmosphere, etc. Ensure the establishment and operation of WM (China) supermarket store training system.
